Love the fact that NYC owners who don't want to pay the hefty 6% commission now have the option to sell their homes themselves! Generally homeowners know more about their own homes than real estate agents, so if you're a homeowner and have the ability and time to sell your own home, why not use this option? I listed my home with Hauseit and was able to negotiate more than full asking price. Very happy with this service!

Hauseit was fast, responsive, and helpful with their listing services. I highly recommend them!

When was selling my apt, I used HauseIt to reach a wide audience of buyers and brokers. Inititally I tried to post the listing myself to all the websites but it was a nightmare and it turned out each site charges a couple of hurndred dollares to post the listsing, I managed to post top only two websites which was not enough. Luckily HauseIt conatcted me and the transaction was very smooth and straightforward for a great price. Everytime I submitted a change or asked to add an open house I got a response within the hour. Great service that makes FSBO a much easier experience.

I decided to sell my NYC Coop by owner in May of 2015. To make this venture successful, I knew that I needed to get on the major listings. The difficult one to get on is OLR (this is the MLS for NYC). Thus, I quickly found Hauseit.com and within a day or two, I was listed in the OLR database. After 2 open houses, and multiple offers, I closed in early July. The Hauseit team was great. The process was extremely easy and worth every cent! THANKS!!!

Just closed above asking price in Battery Park Manhattan and had great support from the team at Hauseit.Started with them in Sept ,had a few bites that fell through,stopped for winter and picked up in spring with amazing demand.Chris and the agent he assigned were more than competent,answering e-mails at all hours.My friend is using the 1% deal to sell her co-op as she is computer ignorant and he found her a potential buyer at the first open house.

I used Team Hauseit to sell the property in NYC. They offer great service for great price (please see terms) if you want to sell as FSBO by putting your listing in broker's database, and other major websites. I would use it again if selling a property as FSBO.

I used Hauseit so sell my NY property in August 2015. I was completely new to the concept of FSBO but was pleasantly surprised by Hauseit's great service and extremely friendly staff. Website was a little hard to navigate at first, but with the help of their staff, I was done in a couple of minutes.

Their listing service includes all the major databases and websites for property listings and even staples like Streeteasy or realtor.com.

Overall, great value and a pleasant experience.

Value speaks for itself. Was about to pay 400 bucks to list FSBO on StreetEasy but fortunately found these guys first. Same price but they'll have a broker list you on there for 3 months plus your local broker databases ("MLS") and I believe close to 100 other major sites like Realtor.com etc.
