Really surprised
Really surprised! Yes, that is a bit of a back-handed compliment, but to be honest, my expectations were not high, especially for the price. I was hesitant if they could be trusted. However, that's all in the past - the delivery came earlier than expected. I ordered a Canon Camera, and it was packed well in great condition. I wish I'd come across them sooner! Definitely value for money! Good job!

I wasn't sure about buying from an independent retailer I had not heard of, but I couldn't be happier. Ordered on a Monday and was in my hand by Thursday. Uses Royal Mail, which I always prefer. Managed to save over £60 compared to Amazon. Very pleased, would recommend.

They are useless
i ordered a steam deck 2 weeks ago from this company and have still not received it i then checked the tracking on royal mail and it says unable to attempt delivery so i decided to ring royal mail to see why they couldn’t deliver and they told me it was because the seller had not provided them with the full address and that the parcel was to be sent back all the way to hong kong. Do not buy from this company they are all useless they couldn’t even give the full address which i know i typed in correctly as i have checked

This is an unfair review, as the Royal Mail tracking of your order FK08306XXXXGB indicated that Royal Mail attempted delivery to your address in Coalville DO today on 29-08-2023 and is now due for delivery today.
“Update delivery options
We'll attempt delivery today unless we have alternative service arrangements with you, e.g. Keepsafe or Redirection. If a delivery timeframe is shown please be aware this is a delivery aim, not a guarantee.”
Also if Royal Mail is unable to deliver due to wrong address given (where we are quite confirm the address was the exact one you provided at Ravenstone Road), they will either return to our UK return center for up to 14 days, or they will put the shipment at the Royal Mail Center Center for you to arrange redelivery or collection. Also as we left your contact number in the shipment so they could verify your details for the arrangement. Hence we strongly advise you to ask them to redeliver or you could go to collect the shipment.

This is a FRAUD / SCAM
This site is a FRAUD!
Almost 4 weeks passed by and I didn't receive my order #28363 or had any reply from Hashtechguy to my several contacts. The tracking code provided is not working / fake.
I'll report Hashtechguy to Action Fraud (UK’s national fraud and cyber-crime reporting centre) and my Bank to get a refund, due to no reply from Hashtechguy.

GoPro Hero 11 Mini
Ordered a GoPro Hero 11 Mini on OnBuy before realising I was dealing with the Hashtechguy. Looking at some of the reviews on Trustpilot made me think I was doomed to loose my £250. After a couple of days I could see it on the Post Office tracking site but that didn’t help the foreboding I felt. It was due between 20th - 25th July. To my surprise it show it was in my local PO Dispatch office on the 19th and it was delivered the same day. Excellent Service and the cheapest price on the internet. Thanks.
