I agree with other customers. This is an absolute ripoff! I waited weeks for what I'd ordered to arrive from China!! I got the impression when I ordered that they were selling off quality stock because they were closing their shop. Total Scam. I thought of asking for a refund but was sure I'd end up out of pocket and without even fabric to make dusters from! I'd give no stars if that was an option

Absolute rip off, clothing is just garbage! It is basically the same quality of clothing you'd get from Shein at quadruple the price......utter tat. Ordered a trouser suit to be told it was out of stock after I had paid £90 but then refused refund and fobbed off with store credit so ordered a pair of boots which arrived today wrapped up in a plastic bag, no box like you expect with a "high quality" designer store and when i opened they are cheap looking rubbish that you wouldn't pay a fiver for down your local market. Wish I'd read other reviews before hand instead of throwing £90 down the drain.

Placed an order 16th March. It had not arrived by the time I went on my Easter holiday. Arrived back home on 13th April, fully expecting my package to have been put through my letter box. Sent an email right away enquiring where my package was, only to receive a response saying "our courier left your package in the mailbox at your address. If you are not at home and the package was picked up by a stranger, we are not responsible. When the courier certifies that the package has been delivered, what we can do is offer you another free product, paying only for shipping".
This is outrageous. I responded asking for the company to ask the courier for evidence of delivery e.g. photograph etc as the only mailbox for the address is the front door letter box and I don't have the goods. Despite several chaser emails the company is ignoring me.
The Consumer Rights Act clearly states that goods should be delivered into the physical possession of the buyer unless agreed otherwise. My parcel was not put through my letterbox despite their courier claiming the parcel was delivered. The company fails to acknowledge that it is not my responsibility if their courier has misdelivered or left the goods somewhere else. It is the company's responsibility.
The company are complete charlatans and I'd avoid at all costs. I've contacted my bank under section 75.

Harrison selling torn clothes!!!!
My partner ordered a blue joggers type of a pant and he got a blue pant delivered which was of very low quality and the pant was torn in multiple places! More than 3- 4 holes!

Order has not arrived, link to tracking doesn’t work and nobody answers emails.

Went into the local furniture village store today 18.04.22 and saw the Harrison sprinks divan and mattress which we were interested in. The bed was on display and had a look at the bed and laid on it. The bed felt so comfortable and nice and cosy. The quality just shows how it was made and the finishing stitching is great. We have ordered the 16,500 pocket spring mattress and also two single Harrison sprinks mattress as well. I am looking foward to the bed arriving as the mattress is no nice and luxurious when tried it in the store. Harrison sprinks I believe are the best for bed making and mattress by far so much quality and far better than silent night who are not all that. Harrison Sprinks is the next level high quality luxurious beds by far. I am looking foward to receiving the bed.
The quality is right up there and I am sure I will be sleeping well. I feel it’s so important to buy a quality bed and Harrison sprinks are the ones who make luxurious quality beds.

Harrison Brands was great while it lasted. After paying over US $220 for Meyer slacks in a store, I went online and discovered Harrison Brands. They had a full selection of sizes, colors and cuts and even with shipping to the US prices were about 60% of US prices. Sorry it is gone.

I also bought something from them, returned it but have not received a refund. Today I noticed their website was down, and I wrote to the local Trading Standards dept who are responsible - they replied to say Harrison Brands is no longer at that address.

I have just checked on the Companies House website and on 16 June they have liquidated the company. The receivers dealing with this are: Johnston Carmichael 227 West George Street Glasgow G2 2ND

Hmmm that's £90 I won't see again. I'll see what Paypal say...

Phone not answered and website down. Returned a pair of Meyer jeans three weeks ago (£95) as required a different size. The way things currently looking is I am unlikely to receive the alternative size - an expensive mistake. Avoid.

Returned Goods but they wont acknowledge or refund money and wont reply to emails

They've taken my money and will not answer calls or respond to promises of legal action. They do not respond to the phone either. DO NOT TRUST THESE COWBOYS!

I ordered 2 shirts from this shop at the start of March 2016, low and behold, they weren't in stock and I had to wait 4 days for them to arrive.

I then received 1 shirt out of the 2 a few days later (7 days in total) and the invoice stated the other one was due to be sent to the shop the next day. I am still waiting for 2nd shirt and I have received no contact or confirmation fomr Harrison brands about this situation.

Their telephone is never picked up and responses to emails are lack luster and unapologetic! I have yet to receive an apology for the lack of shirt or service from Harrison Brands.

I would avoid and order from a more reputable and established company.

Ordered a pair of shoes from them, they were over £50 so I expected free postage....not so. Because there was a first order discount they charged me full postage at checkout, so not the full offer as was advertised, misleading.

3 days later I was emailed the shoes were not in stock. I was promptly refunded to my Paypal payment, but as funds were from my bank account, I wont receive this until approx. 7 days later. This delay isn't their fault, but the problem was initially caused by their system error I was politely informed.

Bad experience, Harrisons need to improve before I shop again. Who knows what else is not in stock?

I was looking to purchase venti designer shirts and came across harrisonbrands via the web. The sales price on quality clothing enticed me to purchase 3 shirts and a pair of trousers. The website is easy to navigate. The delivery charge is nominal and all products delivered in first class condition.

Found this website by accident but went onto make several purchases. All items were delivered as promised and were of excellent quality and extremely well priced.

I ordered two pairs for choice liked one so much that decided to have a second pair. Harrison exchanged the returned pair for a duplicate of the first with no quibbles. Really prompt and efficient service, will definetly be shopping here again as the prices are very good too

I have a passion for Meyer trousers and was relieved to find them being sold online. Ordering was easy but would like a little more information on the texture and feel. Its quite difficult to understand the different codes Meyer use; in fact I still have no idea!
However, delivery was prompt and the trousers were prestine as I would have expected.
Overall a good service and I would recommend Harrisin Brands for Meyer trousers Long may they stock them.
