Bought the advertised coat which was over £50 and looked decent in the picture. Took 2 weeks to arrive and is terrible quality. Something you might pay £10/15 for off a market stall. Avoid the product is very poor.

Didn't realise when I purchased a coat that this company is based overseas, China I think. I wanted to send the coat back as their sizing is completely off ! However I'm struggling to get a refund as they want me to keep the coat and only give me a 15% refund. I've questioned their refund policy and now they won't return my emails. Won't be dealing with them again, very poor

ITEM ( COAT)was not to UK sizing. Simply tried to obtain return address. Offered a 15% discount on a coat that doesn't fit, instead! Farcical.
Stay away folks. Disreputable "online only" company that seem very reluctant to give up their location!

Absolute scammers, avoid at all costs. Have taken my money and not delivered the item. Be warned!

Scammers.They give a London address on their website but insist that returns are sent to China.The goods are rubbish.

UPDATE FROM MY 21st November review.
Received my item, what a pile of crap, looks nothing like the picture,got in contact with someone called lisa, told me I can order anything from the catalogue to the same value, I ordered something but said it wasn't in stock & to order something else, just checked there is nothing to show, all they had in menswear was a black jacket & a hideous zipped cardigan,they have now changed name to HARRIS MODE, cannot be doing with them any more, I've lost my money but learnt a valuable lesson, CHECK ON TRUSTPILOT FIRST & DONT BUY OUTSIDE OF THE UK

Don't even deserve the 1 star! An absolute scam. Polyester not 100% wool, which cost £60. Straight into the charity bag and money down the drain. Looking at the other reviews, not even worth returning. Do not give them your money.

This company misleads their clients and works on the fact that people will not follow through with complaints as it takes too long BUT THIS IS WHAT KEEPS THEM GOING. Dispute your payment with your bank. You may have to email the shop and ask for a refund within 14 days but once this has passed the bank will look into it. They don't tell you their products are from China and you have to pay excessive amounts to not only return them BUT within 14 days and this is virtually impossible. They tell you you can cancel within 2 hours and when you email to cancel the order they say they haven't been able to process ot and wait for it to be delivered and then return it but again no mention that this is to China. I cancelled my order within 20 mins and got the whole wait for order story. When the courier brought it 10 days later, I refused to accept it so it is automatically returned. Their phone line is engaged 24/7 and they profit on people's sorrow. my opinion is: CANCEL YOUR ORDERS ASAP (HAS TO BE WITHIN 2 HOURS), EMAIL REQUESTING A REFUND WITHIN 14 DAYS AND DONT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE. ULtimately you have to handle this in your own way but this company needs to be brought down. Please share this review

Scam website. Has already now changed its name to Harris-Mode in an attempt to fool more people.

Manufacture, delivery, quality value. If these improved by 200% they would just about make trash. KEEP AWAY

Wish I read these reviews.
Feel so foolish, waited ages for the stuff to arrive. Nylon "cashmere" scarf, nylon "baggy jumper", nylon jackets. No refund offered, have to pay for returns to different country.

Avoid This Company - Misleading and Poor Quality

I purchased clothing from this company expecting quality items based on their advertising and photos. What I received was completely different. The clothing was thin, poorly made, and absolutely nothing like what was shown online. It’s so bad that I wouldn’t even wear it for free.

I feel scammed out of my money and disappointed with the experience.

On top of nearly taking a month to arrive.

This company is misleading customers with fake advertising and subpar products. If you value your money and want actual quality, avoid them at all costs.

Update it’s arrived but omg what a piece of crap really thin it’s supposed to be a winter jacket not fit for purpose

Only gave 1 star as cannot give 0 got the shirt out of the bag and wife put straight into charity bag so they can turn it into rag's stay away ripped off again online I never learn

Please please please do not order anything from this scam site. Ive never known such a cowboy set up. Don't be fooled by the great website like I was. What you are actually buying is cheap and nasty goods from China who will dodge any refund if your not happy. So gutted I got duped. Don't you be another victim.

Con merchants. Avoid at all costs. Ordered a "quality leather jacket " received a thin 95% polyester jacket. Complaint sent. They tried to offer discount off another item. Absolutely no way. They then told me to return it to china! They need shutting down

SCAM. Paid for 2 shirts, random sizes got delivered about 4 weeks later - lots of polite but flim flam emails since. No refunds coming, no address to send items back to. Avoid.

Do not order from these people as it is a scam . I ordered dresses in my usual size which were way too small . When I tried to get a refund they kept offering me bigger discounts . When I insisted on sending them back to China it cost me £30 in postage . The parcel was returned to me 3 months later saying there was no such address .
