I've been visiting Harley Street Dental Studio for about a month and a half, and I can't easily put into words how incredible this practice is — they've changed my life in the most positive ways imaginable.

I'm a very anxious patient, with a lifelong phobia of dentists that led to my not visiting one for around thirty years, leaving my teeth in far from the best condition. I can't overstate how anxious I am — I'm confident that I'm the most nervous patient any dentist has ever encountered, by a very long distance.

I had no choice but to go in the end. I'd developed an abscess and a significant infection that would have become far more serious if left unattended, alongside a number of other issues.

When I called for the first time, Sangita listened patiently while I tried to hold back tears, and arranged an appointment. First impressions matter enormously, and I felt immediately reassured and safe — with a real sense that I was going to be looked after.

A couple of days later I found myself in Dr Anne Korkis's surgery. She's one of the friendliest doctors you could ever wish to meet, and an expert at putting patients who are very scared at ease. Everything I needed was explained clearly and carefully, in language deliberately chosen to keep me from panicking. I needed some teeth extracted — not quite the news I wanted, though I was expecting to hear it.

Anne has been nothing short of amazing, helping me realise that I can do this, even through the fear, and that I won't be facing it alone.

I also needed periodontal work, carried out by Dr Crystal Marruganti — one of the kindest, most patient doctors I've ever met. Like Anne, she's an expert in her field, and I knew very quickly that these were exactly the right people to be working on me. The only challenge was finding a way through my fear together, and that's exactly what we did.

I haven't been the easiest patient, and I'm so conscious of that. I have panic attacks, cry, shake, and want to run away and hide. But they've never abandoned me — every time, they've helped me find the peace of mind and the strength to get through it.

And my life has already changed so dramatically. My teeth are cleaner than they've been in thirty years, my gum disease is being resolved, and the extractions were done so expertly that there was no pain at all afterwards — healing quickly and well. I feel a great deal more secure in myself now. And my smile.

There are still a few procedures ahead — wisdom teeth among them — but beyond those, just routine six-monthly check-ups. I'll get there. I know I can do it now.

So many other wonderful people at the practice have looked after me along the way: Parham, Gitana, Lavdije, Kristina, Jameel, Jayda, Klaudia, UV, Aleksandra, Rachel, and Ilyas — every one of them has been brilliant, and I'm sure I've still left someone out. Gitana and Parham are more patient with me than I deserve, and look after me when I feel scared. So does everyone else, but yes, I just feel so happy to have found them all.

In short — I feel like the luckiest person ever having found HSDS. And if anyone reading this suffers from severe anxiety or a phobia of dentists: trust me, you'll get through whatever work you need to have done, too, with their help. If I can, anyone can.

I can’t tell you how amazing Harley street dentist studio are. I phoned them up needing to book an emergency appointment, after my private dentist told me there was nothing he could do and that I needed surgery, and the wait time was 4 weeks. I was devastated, and felt as though there was no solution for this issue I’d been suffering with for 8 weeks. I was then recommended by a friend to give Harley street dentist studio a call. I first spoke to Urvi - who was the best, she was incredibly patient and kind, going back and forth with phoning me right up until closing. She managed to get me booked in the following morning at 9:45am. She was extremely efficient and generous with her time.
My doctor was Crystal and a nurse (who I can’t remember the name now, I’m so sorry!). They were both so so lovely, they put my mind at ease, the surgery went smoothly. Crytal put a smile back on my face that I hadn’t had for a few days. I can’t recommend this place enough. Everyone went above and beyond to help, with very short notice. I wish I had 10 starts to give. The perfect place - you will be so looked after and cared for, don’t look anywhere else!

I can’t express how incredible Harley Street Dentist Studio are. I called them in desperate need of an emergency appointment after my private dentist told me there was nothing he could do and that I would need surgery - with a four-week wait. I was devastated and felt like there was no solution to an issue I had been dealing with for eight weeks.

A friend recommended that I try Harley Street Dentist Studio, and I’m so glad I did. I first spoke to Urvi, who was absolutely amazing - so patient, kind, and incredibly helpful. She went back and forth with calls right up until closing time and managed to book me in for 9:45am the very next morning. Her efficiency and generosity with her time were truly exceptional.

My dentist, Crystal, along with a nurse (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch - so sorry!), were both so wonderful. They immediately put me at ease, and the procedure went smoothly and quickly. Crystal genuinely put a smile back on my face after what had been a very difficult few days.

I honestly cannot recommend this place enough. Everyone went above and beyond to help me at such short notice. If I could give 10 stars, I would. You will be so well looked after and genuinely cared for - don’t look anywhere else.

If there was zero stars, it would apply. This is basically a high sell low quality named practice. The customer care is absolutely horrendous. Once they get your money, the treatment is worse than what you would experience in Turkey the design, the quality and the price are horrendous. I was told that my veneers would take two weeks from start to finish after the first consultation And my deposit being taken. I was left in Limbo and a lot of pain. I emailed daily and was ignored when I was shown my mockup smile I said it was nothing like I wanted and they were too many imperfections and bulk. I was not listening to in the slightest and the full treatment that I walked away with was horrendous.. my veneers are grey and you can see my teeth through them. They are so thin they’re very in colour even though I said I wanted the canines slightly yellow as a natural look nothing was taken into consideration. I complained straight away and was ignored when I attended my consultation. They were running 30 minutes late but no one told me so I left. Adam Thorne appears to be kind however he has no consideration for his patients. After a phone call where he agreed to replace my front veneers which are see-through and add composite to the other teeth to make them look as if they match these horrendous veneers I felt as though I was being listened to. He promised to book me in for the treatment and his secretary would be in touch. Six weeks down the line I am still waiting and therefore asked for a full refund. This he refused 10 1/2 thousand pounds later I am having to have the treatment redone. Do I want to return for him to make further errors? No? Do not let the Harley Street name fo you as I did. This is high sell low quality.

Sangita Pokhrel is a liar and a fraud. She has a horrible distasteful cheating character. I changed practice because I was not happy with Dr Bloom’s treatment plan. He gets incredible defensive when his plan is challenged by NHS advice. Horrible studio. Waste of money, extortion. Employs terrible people. Shame of you for the grief you caused me after my already traumatic incident.

I had braces for around 18 months with orthodontist Dr Brian Dunne and following this, a significant amount of restoration work with Dr David Bloom. My case wasn't straightforward and I would have no hesitation in recommending both. I never felt under pressure and they were professional and amiable to deal with at all times. It was a huge commitment in terms of time and money but it was absolutely worth it and I am delighted with the results. The reception and admin staff were also really pleasant and helpful.

The doctor and service was fine but really annoyed with Hina who booked my son in when I called I needed a dentist that does general anaesthetic to take the tooth out as the Gas and Air we tried at previous dentist my son did not work for him.
She said yes we have it let the dentist look at him and then we can do when I turn up after the check I was told no we don’t do this for him.
As a booking agent surely you should know exactly the facilities your company has. She just wanted to book the £75 consultation for most people who go to dentists privately money is not the issue want the correct treatment available and specially like myself 90 mins to travel for no reason.

I said alright, my partner left his work straight away as was far from central London but when he was in the way manager phoned and canceled the appointment again as the doctor can’t do it that day so they can offer next week at some day. It was the worst and stressful week for the last few months in my life. Instead of helping me to sort my headaches they just increased it. We been asked them to provide at least the CBCT scan as don’t want to do it several times because is not really healthy but they can’t provide anything. They can’t provide health management, they can’t provide a health conversation, they can’t provide a customer service, they can’t even make an appointment so what to talk about. If you read it all please think twice before walking in to Harley Street Dental Clinic. I’ll update the YouTube if they refund us at least something ( on YouTube we said lot more than here, they just keep lying every single time so it will take a half hour to write it all down here. Just write a welcome to “name of the clinic” and YouTube will show you the video)

Hello everyone, I’d like to recommend to spend few minutes and read my history what happened in this clinic. Honestly we just lost 2175£ and full of stress and headaches with this clinic
Hi, it will take a bit long but here is all what happened. The reason was a headache and they said it’s because of wrong TMJ (temporomandibular joints)
We come first for a consultation which cost us a 150£. They explained that they can made and dit a bite splint which will help to adjust the bite and headaches will disappear. So we did a x-ray scan(Radiological) and they said we need the splint to be made so we paid 330£ for a CBCT scan (Radiological) they have to send to third party in USA to get some information about my jaw joint. So when we came to second appointment they have to take measurements for bite splint and order it which cost us 1595£ the funny thing they been so lovely first two times, book us as soon as possible at any time, answer at emails and phone calls, explaining everything and try to sell this splint, on second appointment the Dr. Ayhan Uyanlar don’t even talk to us and been very rude, I’m bad at speaking english so have my partner with me to translate for me but Dr. Uyanlar don’t even try to explain what the third party decides about my jaw joint what we have to do and etc. he make a copy of bite and send us to admin and said she will explain everything, we been shocked as the admin is not a person who should do it and have no idea about it( all she said “it will help” you have to do it as soon as possible) just another seller in the clinic. We paid the 1659£ and she book us for another appointment where we have to fit the splint by the Dr. Uyanlar and he have to explain something (in our dreams). They phoned us two days before and cancelled our appointment as the Dr Uyanlar have family emergency and won’t be able to meet at that time so they ask to do it one day faster, we agreed that(doesn’t matter we working and have to take days off from work, everyone knows is not so easy) and in few minutes later they phoned again and apologizing saying they can’t do at last new time as he won’t be able too and offer in a week later which we didn’t want. In total that takes already few weeks when they was pushing us to pay and made the splint. After this calls we phone Dr. Uyanlar and he said he informed the manager two months before this as he have a meeting in other country. So who is lying? We thought as is a private clinic they will try at least somehow to sort it but they didn’t, one of coordinators via phone said “at least come and pick up the splint as you paid for it “ that’s was that professional SELLER who said it will help 100% just buy it. She don’t really care that I can harm myself with this splint without doctor who’s gonna look after me. I just dropped the phone as don’t want to listen to this bolox anymore. They make me so stressed for 3 days, I can’t eat and sleep and the headache is just incredible, thanks Harley street dental clinic. All this time I’ve been trying to get to management to talk with them as though they will be talkative and will be able to offer best communication and helpfully. I didn’t want to go to Dr. Uyanlar as can’t understand how the doctor can become angry because I don’t understand what he said and don’t want to explain anything and talk to us, I thought Hippocratic Oath for dentists works as well but probably no. So management proposed us another doctor Rejin Khafaf, I’ve asked few times if this doctor specializes in TMJ problems where the answer was Yes. But when I checked on site they say is a cosmetic dentist. But we said yes as we just want to get our appointment finally and fit the splint we paid for(next appointment have to be friday). And Thursday their manager phoned us again and said “we have a meeting and decided doctor Rejin Khafaf is not what you need so can you come to us today to another doctor we can do appointment today Thursday instead friday again…

Because I was forced by blackmail to sign a commitment, I can't write a bad opinion for Anna Andrysiewicz, but I can give a star , very big star and red carpet

Hands down the best hygiene appointment I’ve ever had! Sairan, the hygienist at Harley Street Dental Studio, was incredibly thorough yet super gentle, leaving my teeth feeling unbelievably clean. The attention to detail was unmatched, and the whole experience was so relaxing. If you’re looking for the best hygiene treatment in London, this is it.

Presence

I had a set of veneers and crowns together with some repairs on older dental work. The practice was very polite and professional to deal with. They explained everything clearly and delivered on exactly what they said would happen and when. It was priced very reasonably for what it was - obviously more than overseas treatment but not as different as I thought, and when I compared it to the hassle of flights and hotels, plus the confidence I was working with an accountable organisation, I felt it was an easy decision to get it done here. My dentist was David Bloom who I couldn't speak more highly of. He was lovely to deal with on a personal level and the results he got were superb. It was clear he was a true professional who takes great pride in his work and holds himself to the highest and most exacting standards. I've waited a few months since my treatment to post a review and I'm still super delighted. Highly recommended all round.

I have just settled a dental negligence case against Dr Mark Hughes. The £20,000 I have received does not in anyway compensate for the pain and misery this man has caused me. I would avoid Dr. Mark Hughes at all costs.

After over six years suffering with TMJ I am now pain free! After less than a week of wearing my splint I stopped having to take my pain killers.
I went back and forth from the doctor to the dentist. Tried Botox with didn’t work and made me ill. I and was then told that pain management was the only thing left but I was still in pain.
Staff are lovely. Dr Ayhan Uyanlar is amazing

My 12-year old daughter is under the wonderful care of Dr Adam Thorne and is presently having Invisalign treatment with him. Dr Thorne immediately put her at ease with his gentle bedside manner and has made the entire process straightforward and stress free. We never imagined it would be so easy to achieve the perfect smile. We are now 20 weeks in and we can see her smile transforming and can't wait for the final result! We would highly recommend the Harley Street Dental Studio based on our experience.

I have been the patient of Dr Adam Thorne and his clinic for a few years and despite the fact that I moved to Europe a couple of years ago, I always return to Dr Thorne for my check-ups. The service there is exceptional. The staff are professional, friendly and reliable. The atmosphere at the practice is calm and relaxing and nothing is ever too much of a problem, including posting my aligners to Poland free of charge. Thanks Adam for all your help and I look forward to seeing you soon

I am really shocked by the below reviews as I have only experienced fantastic, professional and caring service from these guys and my family and I have been patients of the practice for years, literally nearly 15 years! In my view, they are by far the best dental practice in London. I trust them with my dental health as well as my children's! On top, they are the only place in London that will never refuse to see you even when it is at a very short notice.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. A SCAM SERVICE AND PRICES ARE THROUGH THE ROOF! YOU CAN LITERALLY GET THE SAME TREATMENT DONE ELSEWHERE AND BETTER FOR HALF THE PRICE. WORST DECISION I EVER MADE IN MY LIFE AND A REGRET FOR SURE.

I was given a TMJ splint for £7500 which provided me with no relief. This was the first phase of my so called treatment. After that, i was advised a phase 2 of the treatment is required which will cost £18000. Its a joke. I am sure they knew from the off set that I will require a phase 2 but they didn't tell me from the start. Instead, i wasted £7500 of my hard earned money for a peice of plastic which was the first phase. I was literally living off liquids during this first phase. Unbelievable. We learn life seasons and i guess this was one of them.

A bitter pill to swallow but it is what it is.

Have just made a complaint to General Dental Council. I paid for a retainer a week before the first lockdown. The retainer was fitted in 2022. They've suddenly lost my payment from 2020. Initially they lied and said I received 2 retainers but since there's no proof of that, they've now said I never made a payment even though it's right on the receipt. Beware of fraud!

Absolute Crooks! This dental practice has caused me so much trauma and pain, all because they decided they wanted to take my money. I have bad TMD/TMJ and was looking for pain relief, so booked an advert for David Frey, 'neuromuscular dentist'. Someone from reception wrote back and said he wasn't available but that I could see another dentist who works closely with him to do the scans etc and that these would be sent to him. As it turns out, this never happened. The other dentist suggested my wisdom teeth were the problem and removed all 4. Of course, after thousands of pounds, and pain, I was then contacted by David Frey, who said that he'd never receieved the scans, was never party to any information about wisdom teeth removal, and even said that this procedure would make my TMD worse, as i'd already had my bicuspids removed, and suggsted a completely different treatment plan. He was confused himself and said that this shouldn't have happened. Fast forward months of agony, emails and trying to claim compensation for the damage done, despite the clinic receptionist outrightly admitting this had been a complete mistake, i was denied any compesnation, or even an apology from the dentist himself!! Utterly discusting. Just to fill their pockets, I had 4 healthy wisdom teeth removed by dentist Paul Wilson (they were not impacted or bad). Now, my TMD is actively worse! and I have trouble chewing, as I have far less teeth. So upsetting and I really hope this clinic shuts down. It's taken me so long to write this review, as the whole experience has been so upsetting and left my unable to trust medical professionals and densits. I've seen many dentists since that have seen the scans and all been shocked that these 4 teeth were removed.
