Just absolutely sick and tired of Harbour Freight Spam, its constant and eachbtime it arrives I think the owner of this business must be......

Bought a product there last week. Brought it back today to return without a paper receipt. Had credit card statement and could show them charge online. They refused to accept return. Salespeople that sold it to me suggested that I photoshopped my online credit card statement. Terrible return policy. Terrible customer service. Suggesting your clients are committing fraud. What a way to do business

A terrible experience. Lost money trying to renew my membership today, before it expire in June 15th, my subscription was renewed but for May 26th, 2026, not June 15th 2026! Their costumer support were unable to assist, since their system "logic" works in that way and I should only renew it at the last day of my previous membership. Doesn't make sense, I cannot pay in advance to extend my membership. It will be my last year using it.

tried to get help locating the battery in a welding helment and they just brushed me off . they told me to buy a new helment withg a extended wattanty and when it goes dead bring it back and get another one. what a way to run a business in bartlesville okla.i guess ill need to start going to tulsa again .

Harbor freight hires scam sites to identify customers and spams them religiously you can't block them we need to stop buying harbor freight and get them to out of business

Tried to get a copy of receipt, only a week old. Went to the store as advised. spoke to the asst manager or manager (lady). If you have no phone no listed with them ....no go....she stated she would have to go thru all transactions that day. Did not offer to do that for me. I had all the information CC ,my name, date of trans.,. They have a crappy system to be able to give you a receipt. Even if they pull up the trans #, still have to ph no. Thats pathetic Horrible customer service

Harbor freight mt Holly NJ all female employees and no customer service at all. No one acknowledges you're even there and God forbid you have a question ! Would not recommend.

I have purchased 2 different tools from Harbor Freight and they don’t last anytime and I hardly even used them any so don’t buy their tools. Unless you buy an extended warranty which can’t remember them asking your out in the cold. Had these less than a year. If a product doesn’t have at least a one year warranty the company knows it’s junk. I couldn’t even find on the product how long the warranty was. They may have a good price but more than likely you’ll end up with nothing in a short while

people are petty and dont know how to use tools correctly. That said I myself running dozens of companies through the years have gone to harbor freight for a majority of our tool needs without any issue. So anybody complaining sounds like a karen.

I went to their website and saw a coupon for a ammo box. I printed it and went to the store in Macon Ga. When I went to pay for the ammo box, the cashier showed me that the coupon was ONLY for members (at $29.99 per year). As a senior, I don't need more tools. I will not shop at Harbor Freight again.

Went to Safford Az. store last week to purchase U.S. GENERAL 30 in. x 16 in. Three Shelf Steel Service Cart, Red, for $49.99 they where out. I was informed they would get them in on march 27. Stopped by today 3/21/25 they said had some come in yesterday and are out. they informed me wouldn't get them until April 6th Not on sale. No rain checks, Find some other store to shop at other than HARBOR FRIEGHT TOOLS.

Starting with the employees, each one has been polite and very helpful every time I have been there. The items sold are of good quality and does not break the bank. I can purchase an item saving money and when it no longer works purchase another, but now don't forget the warranty that you can purchase.

Beware when renewing your Inside Track Club membership early because you will loose days you've paid for.

Say your current expiration date is March 30th so your renew on March 5th .. you will lose twenty five days .. almost a full month.

They overlay instead of tacking on the end of the current membership. So they set the new expiration date of March 5th next year .. instead of March 30th.

The only way around this is NOT renew early .. let your current membership expire .. THEN .. buy another year.

Good prices . tools might be low quality but they do the jobs

I returned a McGraw 3-gallon air compressor today because the regulator knob would not turn so you could open and close it. The clerk at the store (David) could not get it to turn either, as you are supposed to open the drain valve and regulator before plugging it in and starting the compressor. My complaint is that they charged me an $8.60 restocking fee which is absolutely ridiculous since it was that way when I opened it. I guess Harbor Freight needs that $8.60 restocking fee more than they need or want my continued business because I will never do business with them again, as a matter of fact I just might sue them in small claims court over their shady/immoral business ethics and cheap/China made defective CRAP!

Excellent place, excellent employees. Today ask for help to Osvaldo, and he was very helpful, even on Sunday with nice face, very good goodwill. Deserve 5 stars.

Kind of surprised at the bad ratings given. Power tools certaionlyu are not super nhigh quaLITY MILWAUKEE/DEWALT?BOSCH BUT THE ARE NOT TOO BAD EOITHER. I BUY THE HERCULES AND BAUAER BRAND AND HAVE HAD THYESE 20V TOOLS LAST VERY WELL,AND IU EVEN HAVE EXPERIENCED THEM OUTLASTING MY "HIGHER EWND TOOLS. AMAZING BARGAINS ON EXPENDEBLES THAT ARE HIGH QUALITY. SAND PAPER, DRILL BITS, CHARGING CABLES FLASHLIGHTS...GREAT BARGAINS. THE ICON BRANSD IS THE "EXPENSIVE" LINE. LIFETIME GUARENTEE AND EVERYTHING FOR ME HAS BEEN SOLID PERFORMANCE.. THEY STOCK SOME ODDS AND ENDS (COWBELLS ANYONE?) I SPEND ANYWHERE FROM $500 TON A %1000 A MONTH THERE, AND AM HAPPY WITH 95% OF MY PURCHASES. . FIGUEROA STREET STORE IN LOS ANGELES IS MY GO TO STORE. Related to fraud. I use a special email address when dealing with online businesses. It allows me to identify the business when that address is used in the future. I can do this because I have my own domain, if you're curious. I have recently had fraud on one of my cards and got a phone call spoofed from the card company and quoting the Harbor Freight address as having been used in a transaction I never made at some other vendor. Obviously, the fraud originated with Harbor Freight or someone who had access to their data. Be careful.

I have a 125 amp Chicago Electric flux welder (#63583) that needs a new top cover and handle. Very helpful staff at the store did not have in-stock and referred me to their Customer Service Department at 1-800-444-3353. The rep was very professional but explained to me that they do not have any parts available and apparently have no parts supplier. Her only suggestion was to go on EBay or Amazon. She suggested I take the Customer Survey which was 1 question; "Would you want to be helped by this rep if you called again?" This is my first experience with Harbor Freight Tools and, frankly, the last.
