I am genuinely the biggest fan of the Koi scrubs collection from Happy Threads. I have never had a better fitting pair of pants than my Koi scrub pants! They fit comfortably over my wide hips and I can wear them for hours and hours without any discomfort!! The tops are adorable too and provide a modest, feminine neckline. I went on a mini-elective to Vietnam and was asked by almost every other medical student where I had gotten my scrubs from! They are just so fantastic and I hope to build my Koi collection over time with some more girly colours!!! These are a must for any healthcare professional especially if you're a taller girly like me who struggle to shop elsewhere!!:)

As a physio, I need comfort and flexibility, and the Koi Lite trousers are just that. I find myself reaching for them every day over other scrubs - they are my go-to!

Their scubs are such good quality and a great fit! They are super comfy for long shifts and have all the pockets you need!! Would 100% recommend

I work in Healthcare, and impeccable appearance is a must for me. I came across Happy Threads whilst I was looking for professional-looking medical scrubs, that would also have a bright colour. I thought that the price-quality balance was perfect, so I ordered a Small size. Once the parcel had arrived, I tried them on and realised they were too small. I was reluctant to contact HR, as I had already removed the tags and thought there was no way I could return the product.

Half-heartedly I contacted HR and explained the situation. Olivia, the lady that I spoke to, was more than happy to help. I was able to exchange the product for a bigger size without issues. I couldn't have felt more relieved. I am fully aware that this was a favour, so I am immensely grateful 🙏

I wanted 2 sets of scrubs, one blue and one purple, the tops more urgent that the trousers. The tops were in stock, but the trousers said out of stock, so I put through the 2 tops on one order, 2 trousers on another, even though it meant paying the shipping twice, as they said then the tops would be shipped first.

Like 2 weeks go by, and the trousers arrive. I message and ask what happened to the tops, they reply and say the purple one I ordered is out of stock, it should be in that week, they'd send it then.

Another 2 weeks, nothing. I chase and they say well, the purple is in stock, but now the blue is out of stock, and they didn't reserve one for my order, despite me paying them weeks ago. But the blue one should be in any day now, but they can send me the purple anyway if I'm in a rush. So I say yes please, send me the purple with the blue to follow.

Another two weeks have passed, I've just had to chase them again, I still don't have my two sets of scrubs, they've had my money for nearly 6 weeks, the top I'm missing has supposedly been in stock twice in that time, they just don't have seem to have been organised enough to link it to an order. At no point have they contacted me with an update, I've had to chase them every time. They're apologetic and they seem nice people but their system seems a mess. Do not order if you need anything quickly.

Plenty of gorgeous colours to choose from. I have really wide hips & struggle to find joggers/pants that don't fit like leggings & aren’t too tight. The material is super stretchy & comfortable, so it doesn't restrict your movement. Love all of the pockets & dividers inside of pockets. This will be my new go-to brand now!

2 stars just because I really like their scrubs. Lots of beautiful colours and good fabric.
Unfortunately that would be it in regards of positives.
In the past, when I placed an order twice I had to wait for delivery about 2 weeks, which was not that bad as in the end I received nice scrubs.
My last experience though was (is) absolutely ridiculous. I placed a special order for jogger style scrubs in the colour they only had a straight leg available on the website. This is something that happy threads offer, so it shouldn't be a big deal, but it took me about 2 weeks to even place the order, as for every email response I had to wait few days. In the end I had to chase them through online chat on the website, if I haven't I would probably wait until now to even place the order.
I was charged £90 + delivery for 2 pair of trousers that cost £33 each on the website (in different colours). Back then I assumed it's an extra fee for special order (£24 is a lot tho, as it's almost a price of a 3rd pair of trousers!).
2 weeks later I received 2 pair of trousers with straight leg I could just order from the website for £66! Not only I had to wait for about a month in total to get the order, but I also overpaid £24 for something I could get so much cheaper! It's been 5 days since I emailed about the wrong order and the only response I received was that they ordered joggers and they want me to send pictures of what I received. No even apologies or anything like that. I responded straight away that I'll have to send pictures once I get home from work which I did first thing in the morning next day (I worked till late). Since then no answer at all.
I'm sorry for such a long review, but the customer service is shocking in my opinion. It's literally like they don't give a "tiny rat's ass" about customers. I'll be sending the trousers back even if they don't reply (obviously I'll have to pay for the courier, as they don't care it's their mistake!) and fighting to get my money back.

I just want to say a big thank you to Darina for helping me find the right uniform for work, she went above and beyond. The scrubs were lovely and soft and comfortable to wear, really good quality.

The Koi atria and cardi scrubs are very soft and stretchable. I can move comfortably. It also has plenty of pockets

The orange standard set textile is stiff and not stretchable.

I ordered the wrong size and I was worried it was to late to change the size. I emailed the company and explained what happened and they were more than happy to help me out. I was worried too about the material and stuff but when my item was delivered I was happy with the item.

I’m very pleased with the tunic, it is a perfect length on me - which can be difficult at I’m 5’8” tall. The embroidery is done beautifully. It looks very professional and I love wearing it.

Beautiful uniforms, perfect fit and fantastic quality. I will definitely be ordering more in the near future
