What a lovely group of lads, very prompt arrival, very friendly too.
It was brilliant watching them all doing there own jobs plus working together, At one time I could imagine a octopus, because of the way they were working arm's waving all over fitting the walls together.

We recently had our garage built by White Rose Buildings /hanson and couldn’t be happier with the result. The quality of the work was excellent, and everything was completed to a really high standard.

What stood out most, though, was how supportive and helpful the team were throughout the process. At times when things felt a bit stressful (as these projects often do), they were reassuring, responsive, and easy to deal with — which made a big difference.

Really pleased with the end result and very grateful for their help along the way. Andy is a credit to your company, thank you!

I had one job done by Hanson Buildings in 2022 and last week they have done my Garage .Sales Lady SARAH is very good and professional to explain every thing on the phone, a small 2" brick piece was missing , I contact her she offer to send builder to fix but I ask her to send the brick next day I got brick and glue she is very helpful from sales to finish the job

Hanson Buildings have just installed my new garage and it is excellent. Superb quality, value for money and erected in just a couple of hours.
Team 2 consisting of Dean, Ken and Steve were total professionals. They explained everything, couldn’t do enough for us and were real gentlemen, friendly and courteous.
I would highly recommend the service Hanson’s provide.

We had team 1 (Phil, Jason and Luke) delivering and erecting our Hanson shed today. They were brilliant! It was a difficult site to access (up a single track lane and the garden is on a hill), but nothing seemed to phase them. They worked incredibly hard, did a fantastic job and were a delight to have around. We would highly recommend them. Thank you for your hard work!

Great trio of lads. Team 2 Dean,Steve and Ken. They have done a great job at erecting our concrete garage. It was done in no time at all. The lads were very friendly. Great from start to finish. Would recommend them to anyone wanting a garage/shed.

The lads came very 7 am and got started straight away,it was put up about 4 hours, very good worker's two lads Dean and Steve. I was very happy with the garage it look great and after the job was done there cleaned up very tidy thanks again.

It's a long story. The garage was not installed in a safe condition and photos of the improperly installed roof trusses were sent promptly. Responses were slow and kept saying the concerns had been passed on for consideration and advice would follow, i was kept waiting. I gave notice that we had an electrician booked to put power and led lighting in. Eventually, after some weeks I was told that someone would come to do remedial works but all the lighting needed to be removed or this would not be done. This entailed a further £300 for it all to be removed and reinstated after the repairs. Hansons tried to say they had advised me not to have electrics fitted, but this had been booked well in advance and it was weeks before any response concerning Hanson's intentions and no such advice was given concerning lighting until nearly a month after installation. Hansons eventually agreed to contribute £200 towards the costs. When the team arrived, the one member said he remembers telling his colleague on the day that he had cut the supports in the wrong place. They had happily left a botched job, presumably Hansons were hoping it would go unnoticed but the movement in the timbers and roof were obvious. The same member told me that it was unnecessary to remove all ghe lights, simply cutting the power would have been sufficient. Hansons have refused to cover the balance and so we are expected to take a £100 loss for their incompetence and indifference. Their attitude is not good and the workmanship is sub standard. Not recommended!

We ordered our garage last year. I had worried about so many things - was the base good enough, would there be space for the lorry to park, would the weather be good. Finally the day came for installation. Matt and George arrived, as agreed the evening before, at 7.30. They said they would fix an issue with the guttering downpipes. At each stage of the installation they checked with us. Although it was cold, they worked right through until gone three. Finally they had us check the doors, made sure we were happy with what they had done and cleared up any leftover materials. Matt and George. were helpful, hard-working and friendly. Many thanks!

Team 1 were absolutely fantastic. Old garage down (asbestos) and disposed of accordingly. New garage up on the very same day. Their team work allowed professional and efficient production with minimal disruption to us. Thank you to Luke, Phil & Jason we are super impressed. Would highly recommend.

Service was really good from start to finish. The groundworks team did an excellent job in difficult weather conditions. The building exceeded our expectations and the fitters were efficient and a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely recommend this company.

Team 1 Phil, Luke & Jason arrived today before estimated time & considering the weather was amazing. They dismantled my old garage, & erected my new one on the same day.the lads were so friendly and well manerd, left no mess at all.very professional at what they do.i would highly recommend, thanks lads 👍

Let me first start by saying the issues have now been resolved on my site, but this is a very mixed review.
The first team to arrive - Team 3 - Andy, Brad and Guy (this issue does not relate to the labourer who was absolutely fine and we actually felt a bit sorry for him) The team arrived on site a 7;30am and by 7;40am had bee asked to leave site due to aggressive behaviour and bad language towards my husband and in general. We also had other trades on site who complained about the team, and a neighbour on the street. They team ignored the request to leave site and ignores the instructions on where to site the garage and ploughed on. Due to the aggressive behaviour my husband kept out of the way as he felt they were not approachable.
We then ended up with a garage sited in the wrong place. Contacting the company they were very apologetic and sent a new team to resite the garage within a few days, I don't know the name of the team but they were absolutely lovely, very approachable and helpful. They Carried out the resting as requested and we were left happy. We wish we had them first. Team 3 however are not welcome back and as they are carrying out the customer facing work are giving the company a very bad name.

I would say first of all that all the men who did the work were very nice. But, first of all, when removing the old garage, I didn’t see any particular care being taken with the asbestos roof. The concrete base was built so thick that I need a ramp if I want to get my car in, all at my expense. Having paid nearly £4,000 for this part of the work.

Then the garage itself. Several old black panels were used inside. The window doesn’t open and is constantly covered in condensation. And the worst thing for me is the rain water coming under the door and saturating the first third of the floor. I contacted Hansons about this and they sent me the cheapest GaraDry threshold seal to fit myself. No aftercare. Oh, and the building looks cheap, which at over £12,000 for the job, is very disappointing.

We asked for Hanson's to arrange for their base laying service people to give us quote for site clearance and a base to be layed. He gave us a quote and we accepted it and paid a deposit. On the day he came to clear the site he took one look and declared it was too big a job for him and went away never to be seen again.
Roll on five months and having to resort to threatening legal action we did get our deposit back. If you do nothing else protect yourself from a stressful experience and get yourself a builder to do a proper concrete base and pay by Barclaycard for the buyer protection that comes with the purchase.
We ended up with wooden garage which in hindsight is more expensive but better for dealing with condensation

We all know the great feeling of finally getting your garage etc finally erected.
We all know, the guys who erect the garages, in my case. We're very polite and helpful.
But what about after sales and warranty. Well all I can say is this company and office staff, looked after me. That I only could liken to
Rolls Royce. First class service given like I was a VIP . I would recommend this company to anyone and already have. Would I use again, you bet I would. 11/10 Many thanks.

We had Mike, Jamie and Kyle here today building our garage and very impressed. They listened to our installation requirements and met them perfectly. They were fast and polite and tidy, can't complain, and the new garage looks great - happy customer!
