Big Beefy T’s
Been buying Hanes Big Beefy T-shirts for years and always loved them, always the same size and standard t-shirt 3X, the problem is now when you order the standard shirts they send you the big and tall sizes and if you’re wanting a MoMo or a short cut dress then that’s Ok! But I just want a regular t-shirt. I think they just have an overload of big and tall shirts there passing off to me and you as regular t-shirts, unfortunately going to have to find a different brand of shirts. So Men look elsewhere! Or just look for some high heel shoes to go with your new Hanes dress because the Big Beefy T’s are a Big Beefy Rip Off.

Called customer support today and was impressed. The rep was not only personable but also handled my problem right away. Left the call completely satisfied.

One wear and one wash and the ladies underwear fell apart with the waistband separating from the material

Bought men’s underwear and the inside was just poorly stitched together instead of having the supportive fabric seam on the inside. What happened to the quality?

Signed up for an account. Hanes stating on their website you get a 15% discount on your next order to sign up for the newsletter. If you do, you immediately get a message on screen to check your email for the discount code. Checked everything, spam, trash, waited a week and a half, NOTHING. Called customer support, explained everything. They are not willing to give a discount code over the phone. Instead I am supposed to make my shopping list, the items I want, then call them and go trough the process of ordering where they would provide a 15% discount (which is not the same as providing me a discount code). So, they lure you into their system and if you want that 15% off (they promise to send but won't) you have to order by phone (that includes giving all kind of info to someone unknown). What a scam. I told the lady on the phone I would pass on Hanes from now on. What a shame. Another used to be great brand down the drain. Any other users out there with a similar experience? I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. I ORDERED HANES PANTY HOSE AND FIRST THEY DIDN'T PUT MY WHOLE ADDRESS IN RIGHT SO I COULD GET MY PACKAGE. SO I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TOLD ME I HAD TO CANCEL AND REORDER SO I HAD TO WAIT FOR THIS TO BE DONE .4 DAYS LATER NO CONFORMATION THAT THIS WAS DONE.CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AGAIN A ND HE SAID THAT ORDER WAS NEVER CAN CLED.CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE BACK AGAIN 5 DAYS LATER AND LADY SAID ORDER WASN'T TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT.I CALL BANK AT THIS POINT AND BANK SAID YES THEY TOOK THIS AMOUNT OUT OF MY ACCOUNT.I WOULD NEV ER NEVER ORDER FROM HANES AGAIN.WORST EXPERIENCE ANY ONE COULD HAVE.

This is pitiful! Interesting how past reviews don't lie, so I'm not saying anything Hanes doesn't already know. When you sacrifice quality to sell in big box chains....this is what happens. I had a hole in the armpit from unraveling after the FIRST WASH!!! The neck started unraveling after 10. It doesn't matter HOW comfortable the t-shirt is if it unravels. All four T's have holes in the exact same place....which proves Hanes is aware of the problem and simply doesn't care.

I will NOT be buying another Hanes product! If they don't care about losing my buisiness, I don't care about giving it to them. They doubled the price during COVID and cut the quality in half.

They do make good dust rags!

Horrible company. I bought the boxer briefs, two out of three pairs had tears. One pair was dirty. I contacted customer service and they were of no help at all, and then they hung up on me while I tried to get information on returns and refunds.

If I could rate this no stars I would, bought a pack of 5 or 6 plain 2xl t shirts from Walmart. Before I washed them I could tell they weren’t 2xl but after I washed them they are barely a large now. I just wanted a comfortable t shirt to wear to bed for my last trimester of pregnancy. I’m pissed off that not only did I pay almost $26 for shirts that aren’t even the right size but also cheaply made! Y’all’s clothes used to be mainly cotton, 10% polyester my a$$! More like 50%. WILL NEVER BUY HANES AGAIN!!!

The question is what went right. I ordered Hanes Hipsters. One pair of panties' elastic band frayed and made a big cotton ball in the washer that got other clothes smashed. I kept the undies and the package, but somehow lost the receipt from Walmart. The agent refused to do anything stating it was their policy only to give a credit for a receipt. They refused to take back the item or look at it. They refused to look at the packaging. They just said "sorry." I will no longer buy Hanes products which I have done for 20 years. They are a ripoff and refuse to stand behind their products. DON'T YOU MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!

The material feels cheap and didn’t last long after washing. Very disappointing.

Your product is cheaply made, and it's expensive, For the fabric . I had bought on three different occasions, a size 7 large it rode down I had to keep pulling them up, I thought well maybe they're too small, so I bought a size eight large when I put them on I said oh okay, next thing I know they're rolling down, I can't go any larger cuz then they'll be way too big even the eight is a little big , I will not recommend your product, and I will not buy your product again

I am so sick and tired of buying what I think might be good clothing but turns out it’s junk! XXL Men’s t-shirts are actually smalls and the ankle socks I just bought don’t stay on your foot. They slide down making you pull your socks up constantly. What a piece of sh(t this company has become!!!! I want a refund from these horrible socks!!

Bought a pack of 12 and only got 10 pair and 1 single sock and one pair has a whole in it already

The last multi pack of briefs I bought didn’t have the border fabric sewn on the opening of the fly. It’s just stitched along the edge. Not having that support just causes the fly to stretch open during normal wear. Does anybody know if this was poor quality control or is this the new normal for them?

Updating the order Hanes refused to allow me to cancel although they indicated the product was unavailable, they sent me a product I didn’t order with an invoice for someone else. So if your name is Suset Cuetara from Duluth, GA. I have your order. Nice job Hanes. Now I have to try to explain your new screw up to one of your know-it-all reps.

I’ve purchased Hanes socks and underwear my whole adulthood and noticed the quality and comfort drastically decline. I can’t even get 6 months out of them anymore. What’s the deal? I’m jumping ship.

I bought a pack of women’s no show footies Hanes Socks they only lasts 1 month they were new when they started getting holes in the heels this is with just regular use mind you! I had to throw them away. Then people wonder why our landfills are so full! It’s because of products like these!

I CALLED AFTER MULTIPLE WEEKS AND THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO RESHIP THE ITEMS THAT I NEVER RECIVED - THE SECOND SHIPMENT CAME AND IT WAS STILL MISSING ITEMS.

THE SECOND PACKAGE I MADE ANOTHER RETURN AND YOU NEVER GAVE ME A CREDIT FOR IT

SO I HAD TO CALL AGAIN - AND REQUEST THE REMAINING ITEMS BE SHIPPED

SHE WAS ABLE TO GET A MANAGER AND SHIP ME OUT THE LAST 6 ITEMS THAT I HAD NEVER RECEIVED.

ON APRIL 10TH I CALLED IN AND THE LADY MANUALLY GAVE ME A REFUND FOR THE 2ND PACKAGE OF ITEMS I RETURNED THAT YOU DID NOT REFUND ME FOR
THAT WAS THE 41.67 REFUND
SHE ALSO REFUNDED ME FOR THE ITEMS THAT I NEVER RECEIVED, THAT SHE WAS NOT ABLE TO SHIP TO ME.
AFTER ALL MY EFFORTS I STILL NEVER RECEIVED SOME OF THE ITEMS THAT WAS THE 26.49 REFUND

AND SHE SENT ME A RETURN LABEL FOR THE 3RD PACKAGE I RECEIVED. WHERE I KEPT 2 ITEMS AND RETURNED 4

YOU STILL OWE ME A REFUND FOR THOSE 4 ITEMS.

SHIPPED TO ME ON 3/17 AND RETURNED VIA USPS ON APRIL 21ST. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CREDIT FOR THOSE ITEMS AND WHEN I CALLED IN ON 4/24 TO ADVISE I HAD NOT RECEIVED A REFUND THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO WAIT 10 DAYS FOR YOU TO POSSIBLY REFUND ME

I ACLLED AGAIN TODAY 5/2 AND JOE H ADVISED ME THERE WERE NO MORE REFUNDS DUE EVEN THO YOU DIDNT MAKE ANY REFUNDS SINCE YOU RECEIVED MY PACKAGE ON 4/21
HE REFUSED TO GET ANOTHER MANAGER AND TOLD ME TO EMAIL CORPORATE

WHAT A JOKE... I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HANES AGAIN!!!
