Normally very efficient
Normally very efficient , but this time the company messed up my delivery, delivering 2 sheets of softcut lino instead of 2 packs of 10 (20 sheets), leaving me short for a workshop.
This has been rectified, but too late for the workshop.

I'm sorry that we messed up, we are a small business and pick all orders by hand so very occaisionally mistakes happen but we always try to rectify as soon as possible. We were unaware that you had a deadline to meet so I am sorry for the inconvenience caused.
