Fast delivery and product received well packaged: very pleased with my choice of handles!
In the throes of renovation I was delegated the task of choosing the new handles for all our doors. Which could have been a huge expense - but in Handles4Homes I found a site that was easy to use, offered a good choice, competitive pricing and just the sort of non-fussy handles I was looking for! Delivery was really fast we are delighted with the service we received. Than you!

Very disappointing
Afraid that I placed my order 12 days ago and it has yet to arrive. Spoke today and promised something similar as the window stays I ordered are out of stock.

Besvarelse fra Handles4Homes
Hi Richard,
Thank you for your review.
After reviewing your order history, we did email you immediately to notify you that the manufacturer were out of stock and there would be a delay - would an alternative brand be ok?. We appreciate you were frustrated in not receiving your order on time, but because we didn't get a response from you, your order was put on backorder to wait for the goods. After speaking this week, it appears that our email never reached you. We have arranged since to send you an identical product and trust that you are happy with goods received in lieu.
Thank you again for using handles4homes, please let us know if we can help you again in the future
Kind Regards
Adam Copsey

EXCELLENT!
The service is brilliant. I ordered one item online, decided to order a second item. Telephoned them and they gave me a code to enter when buying the second item so that I didn't pay carriage twice. Items arrived promptly, well packaged and kept informed by email at each stage of delivery. Top marks.

Very Helpful
I ordered some cast iron gate handles, but subsequent to doing so managed to drill out the spindle on the old ones thus making them re-usable.
Handles4Homes cancelled my order and gave me a full refund through PayPal without any questions or problems.
