Value for money & simple to order
Found latches & hinges I was searching for to match existing ones. Prices were fair as was the postage charge. Made a mistake during the order process which I didn't spot until afterwards. I contacted the company and the problem was resolved immediately. Great service and would recommend the company.

Order not yet delivered; no notice given how long this would take - very disappointed
Our order is still awaited. We contacted Handles4Homes and told, only then, not to expect our order to be ready for some time yet.
We find this very disappointing in terms of service; there was no indication a simple door knocker would take so long to be delivered.

Hi Tim,
Thank you for your review, i will be investigating your order and the reasons as to why and how you were not kept up to date and will email you seperately.
The door knocker you have ordered was out of stock with the manufacturer, which does happen from time to time, and i believe we are about to receive some this week, however we have let you down with poor communication on this occasion which is not how we like to conduct our business.
May i extend our apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused, please look out for an email where i will be providing more details
Best Regards

Very poor not received yet!
I ordered 4 sets of crystal handles 15 days ago. I was told at time of ordering that my order would be delivered in 3-5 working days. If they have tried to deliver and no o e was in then usually things are left with 110. There hasn't been a delivery card.

Besvarelse fra Handles4Homes
Hi Kim,
As per my personal email to you today, we were very disappointed to realise that you didn’t receive your delivery. I have checked and the parcel left us three days later on an overnight service with FedEx and they did attempt to deliver on the 16th at 10.41am – they stated that they left a card for you to contact them to re-arrange delivery, and since no contact was made within a week they automatically send the item back to us here, although a card could not be found at your end. I have checked our goods in and your parcel did arrive back here a week later.
I attached a snapshot of the Fedex website showing the attempted delivery on the 16th, just so you could see that we did get the parcel away on time as stated.
We do appreciate your honest feedback on Trustpilot, and we are genuinely gutted that we were only worthy of one star this time, as we really do strive for a 5-star service on every order as you may have seen from our other reviews.
We have now arranged a suitable day with you for your delivery to be made and trust you will find the goods worth the unforeseen wait.
Thanks and apologies again for the inconvenience caused,
Kind Regards
Adam Copsey

First class service and products
Website was easy to use with all the products clearly described. Delivery was prompt and well packaged. The products I bought were as described and were actually a better quality than I was expecting especially the concealed door catch I ordered, which felt solid and well made with a faultless polished chrome finish.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE
My order arrived speedily BUT 2 not 5 of them, AND it was not the item I had ordered. HOWEVER when I telephoned, I received FRIENDLY NO-QUIBBLE service and the order was rectified IMMEDIATELY. I received the order in the next day's post. Mistakes happen but good customer service is not always forthcoming so WELL DONE!

Provides excellent materials in an exemplary fashion
I placed a token order for a new door handle and latch to try the firm out. As a result of the very speedy delivery and good quality of the two items ordered, I went ahead and ordered another 15 door handles with ancillary latches etc. They arrived very promptly and were excellent in quality and finish.
I subsequently needed to return one handle through no fault of the company and the returns system worked very smoothly.
Based on the business that I have recently done with them I have no hesitation in highly recommending them to potential users.
