We used these guys before Xmas to get the new faster broadband we had a slight delay on instal (but we have been kept well informed) due to the Xmas break.
Really happy with the broadband it does what it says on the tin, special mention to Emily who was super helpful on the install

I have a small cafe and I had been struggling with my internet. My card machine was really slow and my customers complain about the WiFi being slow. I tried to ring BT on numerous occasions but found them really unhelpful, whilst doing this I received a call from a very polite man from Halo. They suggested a different option and also ended up saving me money on my phone line. It was a smooth process and I now have excellent broadband for a cheaper rate. Thank you

Extremely helpful - I am an individual who is not very technical but the halo tech group were helpful with this throughout the process. The sales team helped me find a perfect deal that was a fraction of what I had been previously paying. The service team are more than happy to answer any technically questions. I had and a member of the team spent time with me over the phone explaining how I can use my phone system in a variety of ways and answering all the technical questions I had. Thank you Halo!

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY!

They start really nice, get you to sign a contract with lots of promises and then DON'T deliver. They promised to pay us out of the contract with our previous supplier, in the sum of £1,800.00. We paid this amount to get out of the contract in good faith with the promise from Halo to refund us within 30 days. We issued them an invoice in August 2021 for this amount and we still haven't received payment. We have spent hours every week on the phone chasing payment, but all we get are false promises and lies. The Directors will not talk to you and the staff that you are able to speak to are unable to help in anyway.

This company obtains money like this on your behalf from a finance company, which is then paid back via your monthly payments to them. They are then supposed to send you this money from the finance company. However, this company have spent it, which constitutes FRAUD. We are now paying back finance on money that we have NOT received.

We will now be instructing Solicitors and reporting them to OFCOM.

This is the most unprofessional and useless company I have ever dealt with.

Thank goodness for Anthony Baldwin. There would just be one star for this review. Potentially good system BUT not upfront about costs, no one seems able to sort out anything and how to use the system properly is left to endless reading. Locked into the contract seemed dire, until we discovered that brilliant employees do exist and will do everything they can to ensure the product works properly. Thank you Anthony for being that one. If the rest of halo could just catch up they’d be onto something decent. Merry Christmas.

Ali and Anthony came out today to install our new phones. They were very professional and friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to show us the system and explain how it works, answering all our questions. They made sure that we had the contact information we needed to get further support in the future. Nothing was too much trouble.

Well. it started off great, but over a month later and the phones still aren't working as they should, very little/no communication. Would not recommend. They say all the right things, but as soon as you sign on the dotted line.....

Emi was great Im helping us swap out old handsets to new ones . Very fast and efficient .

Excellent customer Service and brilliant installation team, Anthony and Ali had all the phones set up in super quick time and explained the features of the system and how to use them perfectly.

It has been a hassle free and a very professional service right from the very first contact, enquiring about the system all the way through to installation and continued support.

It was a great experience with both Anthony and Ali today. Both were professional and handled our installation perfectly. Any stumbling blocks we hit were quickly overcome and any questions we had were handled with no bother. Good luck progressing with the role Ali!

A cold call from Halo offering a phone and internet line and to clear my existing contract with XLN and after 2 failed attempts to install i have no line or internet from them. i complained to anthony who said he would come back to me iv spoken to the help line with no help. Now iv got a court letter demanding over £3k for a servive which iv never had or used. This is not how you do business.

We've been with Halo for a number a years now and were due a contract renewal. Lee sorted us out with a better service contract and all new phones whilst at the same time saving us a nice amount on our monthly bills. The 2 lads doing the install Anthony and Ali were both very knowledgeable and clearly knew their stuff. All hardware was swapped over with no actual service disruption at all for our customers.
Well worth looking into if your after a voip phone system.

I’ve had a most terrible experience. Signed up for an internet service in several properties. It never worked. No one came out to see us and technical fixes were no good. I sent multiple emails to the management and yet did not receive one reply. Not one single one. I have made a formal complaint to the Halo head office but have not even had the courtesy of a reply or acknowledgment. Pathetic in the extreme. This will shortly be put in the hands of the solicitors. I would give zero stars if it were possible.

(Response to the reply: You have actually failed to deal with this in a competent manner, entirely as I expected, being promised a call that never materialised, in line with being ignored by your head office and on multiple previous occasions. I now believe that the only way in which you will respond is through the issuing of legal proceedings).
