this review is about the engineer Ali , he has been exceptional in all his visits where he has made sure that not only he installed the system in the best and most professional manner , he stayed till 9 pm to make sure we understood the system and how to use it and programmed it in the custom way that we asked him to . fantastic and polite manner .

Bad experience!
Signed up with Halo in July 2020 on a three year contract. I never had a need to call them as most of the time the system worked fine and being new to VoIP, put the odd line loss to coverage etc.
The major issue with Halo is when you need help you're stuffed... We were asked to re-boot our system as they were changing servers and after doing, we couldn't make or recieve call for over a week and a month later still cannot recieve or view missed calls or messages? when you call them, the only line you get is sales and if you do get hold of support, not a lot really happens.
Everyone you get to speak to are all very polite so if you do choose Halo then I'd advise to wait until their issuses have been sorted as I cannot begin to tell you the amount of business I've lost this past month which I can ill afford to do.

Great experience
We have had such a good experience with the staff at Halo. Always helpful and get things sorted out very quickly. The call quality is great and has been a godsend with staff working remotely. It has meant that our business can continue to run effectively, wherever we are in the world!!

Good services, very good company to deal with.
Very Easy company to deal with. Services run smoothly, very rare I have issues but when I do there always seems to be friendly technician on hand to help. I will happily renew my contract when this is due in a few months and would definitely encourage others to at least have a conversation with these guys and see how they can help you!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
If I could give 0 stars then I would!
The worst company I have EVER dealt with.
All nice as pie until you’ve signed an agreement with them!
Once the agreement is signed they change their prices and then harass you to insist you pay the full amount. When no services or products have been received from them.
I’m currently liaising with a lawyer and the financial ombudsman as this company are totally unreasonable and complete con artists!

AVOID!!! USELESS!!!
AVOID!!!! AVOID!!!!!
From being completely ignored by apparently one of the directors ( Lee Henderson) to numerous promises/agreements not being done.
Emi Pritchard, has now told me I believe 4 times that would ring me back at a specific day and time and rarely has done, without me ringing and kicking off on the phone.
This is a joke of a company that will go the extra mile to make you sign the contract and take your money but then good luck...
Please note this is not the first time or the second time!!!!
I'm now in the process of escalating this to the ombudsman to get rid of them and will happily pay the double to work with a company that actually knows what they are doing.

Great customer service
Customer service with this company is outstanding. Whilst I have had some problems with my service (due to location not equipment - I live in an internet blackspot) all members of the team at Halo have gone above and beyond trying to sort any issues that have arisen in a quick and efficient manner.
I would like to give a special mention to Carly who has dealt with us with compassion and understanding and has got to the bottom of our problems.
I would also like to thank Emi who is a knowledgeable and great tech and has the patience of a saint!

Terrible experience with Halo
Terrible experience with Halo. All false promises and lovely cant help enough until you have signed the contract knowing there is no get out clause unless paying the full term.
Tech team aren't fantastic, On more than one occasion i have logged onto the portal and resolved my own issues because "tech" couldn't do it.
Customer service shocking! Never respond to email tickets.
And broadband is absolutely terrible. considering there are only 2 computers in our office we often get no service or exceptionally slow which is having an affect on the productivity of our staff.
Phone lines again last week we could not make outbound calls. This is not the first time! Absolutely shocking service ! Would not recommend to anyone! Only recommendation I would make would be to STAY AWAY!!
