Jammer dat je een ster moet geven opgelicht koop geen fiets jaar oude fiets accu kapot schandalig en mij de schuld geven.vaak naar Halfords geweest bijna elke maand wel 1 keer naar Halfords veel bij moeten betalen voor dingen en geen geld terug. Koop geen fiets.

No Fietsendrager van het merk Thule online besteld. Na een week ontvangen via DHL.
Levering loopt dan via filiaal 107 uit Steenwijk?! Vaag. Doos leek vanwege de slordig opgeplakte tape al een keer open geweest. Toch maar geopend want ik was toch wel blij dat ik mijn fietsendrager eindelijk in ontvangst had mogen nemen. Vervolgens zie ik dan na het uitpakken hier en daar gebruikssporen op de fietsendrager. Potverdikkie denk je dan. Als ik hem tweedehands had willen kopen was ik wel naar marktplaats gegaan!
Daarna het bekende welles, nietes spelletje. Hun tactiek is uiteraard de klant eerst afwimpelen en dan vervolgens na veel ontkenning en veel mailverkeer 20 Euro reductie geven. Apparaat kost nieuw een kleine 400 euro! Na een paar dagen daarna geen reactie meer te hebben ontvangen heb ik gezegd dat ze de 20 euro mogen overmaken naar een goed doel. Eindconclusie koop niets online bij deze organisatie, de kans bestaat dat u een gebruikte versie ontvangt. Misschien een tip naar Halfords. Zet gebruikte spullen in een outlet store. Geef dan eerlijk aan dat het gebruikssporen bevat. Dat is eerlijk zaken doen. Mij zien ze nooit meer terug!

Geen oog voor de klant die binnenkomt. Lang wachten en ze nemen zelf geen initiatief tot contact. Uiteindelijk zelf maar gevraagd om hulp. De reactie van de medewerker ("oudere" blanke man met grijs haar) reageerde kortaf en bot dat hij bezig was met de verkoop van een fiets (aan iemand anders) en draaide zich om. Wat een service, geen respect. Hier komen wij niet terug.
HAlfords Zoetermeer, wat een aanfluiting
Ze krijgen 2 sterren omdat de rest van het personeel wel aardig is. 2 maanden geleden.een maandagmorgen model electrische fiets gekocht.
2 dagen en toen liep hij al aan. Gerepareerd. Toen het display stuk, gerepareerd, toen flikkerde het dopje van mijn slot eraf. 3 x gelijmd. Gisteren laatste keer. Sta ik om 17.55 voor de deur, winkel dicht.
Dus ik zojuist bij het ophalen de bedrijfslijder😁 gesproken. Ik mocht niet boos tegen hem praten én hij werkte 90 uur per week. Doe je toch iets verkeerd. Nou ja, 90 uur min 5 minuten want ze gaan 5 minuten voor zes dicht
Ik heb niet veel betaald voor mijn fiets, 1000 euro, maar ik heb dat niet zomaar liggen.
Ben benieuwd wat er nu nog kapot gaat.
De bedrijslijder zei dat ik lekker een klacht kon indienen want die komt toch weer bij hem terug.
Jammer dat er geen fatsoenlijke fietsenwinkel in Zoetermeer Stadshart. Nu ben ik verplicht daar heen te gaan.

Waardeloos!!!!
Wat er mis ging. Eigenlijk alles. Vanaf het moment dat de bakfiets rijklaar geleverd zou worden klopte er al iets niet. Mijn rem deed het niet aan 1 kant. Dit moest ik zelf maar oplossen bij een eigen fietsen winkel. Want hun waren te ver weg. Hierdoor is er een spaak kapot gegaan. Dit hebben hun uiteraard niet op hun genomen dus voor die kosten ben ik alsnog opgedraaid. Nu zijn die remmen nooit lekker geweest dus ben ik bij een andere fietsen winkel terrecht gekomen die deze fietsen ook verkoopt. De man schrok van de staat van de fiets en zei me dat het alles behalve veilig was. Ook het kinderzitje is niet goed door halfords gemonteerd. Deze kosten draai ik ook weer voor op. Halfords wil makkelijk geld verdienen over de rug van een ander. Wil je een veilige fiets? Koop hier dan niet. Het is doodzonde van je geld. Op service van halfords hoef je ook nooit te rekenen die hebben ze namelijk niet. Waardeloos rot bedrijf.
Halfords - Appalling Customer Service
Booked a bike service with Halfords, supposed to take 45 minutes, came back after 90 mins as still waiting to hear from them, it hadn't even been started. No apology just incredibly rude assistant saying the wrong service had been booked. This is on an expensive e-bike purchased from them 10 months ago that has already been back in twice for power failure. The manager then said "don't bother complaining - you won't get anywhere". We took the bike elsewhere.

Stone chipped windscreen last night on motorway all sorted for £40 great lady on the call line got me appt today via Lucy and repair booked in and then fixed in 45 mins by Jake at Gloucester branch - very impressed - thank you Lucy, Jake and the lady at the call centre whose name I didn't get ........ 👏👏👏

Incorrect delivery, Hr's wasted trying to sort it
40yr's+ bicycle maintenance experience. Ordered a part from Halfords, as it saved a few £'s, with delivery FOC. 50% chance the wrong part could be delivered, as there are two versions of the derailleur. The wrong part was delivered. Interesting that immediately after my order, part ordered was now "out of stock". As a now partially disabled individual, limited budget, have wasted 2-3 days on what should have been a 5 minute parcel opening process. Can easily see another several days wasted on this, online, phone, waiting for collections, chasing collections, 5 hr trips to nearest store, waiting for deliveries or refund. Life's too short,aside from the loss with Halfords, my parts will cost 20% more with the trusted & reliable retailer I'd used since 2008

Zeer klantvriendelijk waardoor ik besloot een e-bike bij hun te kopen. De verkoper luisterde naar wat ik belangrijk vond en liet me modellen zien die bij mijn wensen paste. Een paar dagen later besloot ik een e-bike bij hun te gaan kopen, en het verraste me dat ze de e-bike al startklaar hadden staan. Daar was ik uiteraard heel blij mee. De e-bike rijd geweldig, waardoor ik veilig op weg kan.Mijn zoon had een lekke band, die ze meteen maakte. Dus heel klantvriendelijk, kundig personeel en betaalbaar.

My front dash cam camera came unstuck, so living in Crawley I went to that branch (County Oak Retail Park) saw a very polite and professional lady called Abbie who got a new piece of sticky label and put the dash cam back in situ.
She also checked my tyre pressures.
Thoroughly recommend Abbie.

To whom it may concern,
Re - Above Complaint, I called Halfords Foss Island York on Friday the 23/02/24 spoke to Sharaz to book a appointment to replace a battery for my Motorhome, I requested the Bosch battery, actually Sharaz didn’t furnish his name on the Friday, Sharaz requested we don’t come on Saturday due to the Gym and limited parking, so we arranged to visit on Monday the 26/02/24 @ 11.00. We arrived on Monday and couldn’t get any parking and decided to Park in a delivery section for Halfords (pictures attached), I went into the shop and approached the Manager at the desk to query my battery replacement as per text.

The Manager in the shop had no idea why we were there, at no stage did he explain that Halfords run 2 business named Halfords like separate businesses as the one was retail shop and the other a garage, Halfords your customers are not aware how you operate, I showed the retail manager the text, he advised that they didn’t book in the visit as I should have paid prior to visit, I explained I’m not aware of Halfords operations as I’m only the customer, that wasn’t taken in a good light and he marched out and went to the other Halfords entrance, which is for the garage (which is next door) he didn’t advise me on what he was doing and marched off, returned a few minutes later to say I should go next door and speak to Sharaz. I went next door spoke to Sharaz as per the Friday call, Sharaz did remember talking to me but could not remember I requested a Bosch Battery ( I personally think he wasn’t to bothered at initial point of communication) so today I confronted him about it as he couldn’t remember I wanted a Bosch battery, he mentioned he could get one however I’d have to return in a hour, I advised Sharaz of the poor parking conditions at the Foss Island stores, Sharaz advised I stay parked where I was parked to fit the battery.
The staff for Halfords have lots of Customer Service levels to be taught when approaching your stores, as both Managers should think of re-evaluating their levels of customer services ? During these Shenanigans from Halfords a person with a blower was trying to tidy up the amount of leaves lying about, why I have no idea as the wind was blowing, however had the individual just used his blower under the vehicle there would have been no issue, however this was just another issue experienced at your store.

My complaint is, I wanted the Bosch battery and not the Halfords battery, I paid £175 for the battery and installation however I’m not happy after discussing with Sharaz that I wanted the Bosch Battery, however I wasn’t going to wait another hour after I had booked a appointment with Halfords ! At no stage during my Friday did Sharaz mention to me the price was for a Halfords battery !! Then after leaving Halfords I receive this text

My experience is one I will find difficult to forget as iv never received this poor level of service !!
I then contacted the customer service line, spoke to Mohammad and requested he submit a complaint due to the bad level of service I experienced at Halfords Foss Island, York, I don’t think that fu sales will be done at Halfords, and I will surely update friends and family of my experience from yourselves, I’m thinking of taking these issues to Social Media to voice my serious concerns after I had already discussed my order with an actual Manager !! But the standard of customer services was not a positive experience. I’m really annoyed over my experience with Halfords today and hope these issues can be addressed and resolved ?

So nice to be able to write a good review for a change. I had my windscreen repaired by Lauren at Halfords Harlow and I was really pleased with the outcome. I cannot see where the chip had been.
Don't Join motoring club Terrible
Joined motoring club, not used it for anything, to buy or fittings, I cancelled with them November 2022 only to be told I cant cancel as I have had it for over 2 weeks ???, In the meantime taking into account even if a year later 2023 it had ended they are still applying for money from my account all the time,
Not got a membership with them, contacted them again today to get some stupid machine only to speak to a customer service rep, who couldn't sort the problem and now had forwarded it on to someone else who will get back to me in the next few days, worst company ever

Wat een slecht bedrijf zeg Jesus met geweld de winkel uitgesmeten omdat ze niet even snel een lamp en spatbord op de fiets Willen zetten en omdat dit de 4 de keer was dat ik naar dat slecht bedrijf ging was ik boos en omdat ik dan dezelfdehandelingen tikdens de fidts kopen was het ja nee dat is snel gedaan zit er zo op komt goed hidden we 1 week gewacht was het nog steeds niet then hebben we de fiets zonder spatbord en lamp opgehaald omdat hij gebruikt moest worden inmiddels al 3 keer meer geweest elke keer een slap excuus
a once great company-very poor service
I ordered a very expensive bike locks which was due to arrive for a specific date but failed to do so. the Issue was not that it failed to arrive when stated but both "halfords" and their courier's "website" kept showing my order was ready before or on the date it was due to be delivered.
DHL's customers number asked for my shipment number and repeated exactly what appeared on their website that my order was due on a certain date now passed. no option to speak a human being on the other end. The only way was to e-mail them and
to their credit they e-mailed me back with 24hrs informing me that they did not have my order.
When i tried halford's online chat it just kept referring me to FAQ or telling me "i don't understand the question".
Fortunately, i had better luck with their customer service number. The Customer service advisor apologized and raised a case and gave me the case number for reference ( as they do not send out e-mail confirmations as i was told by the advisor). the advisor told me someone will contact me within 72 hour, no one did.
i called them 3 days later to be offered a choice, full refund with 24hrs or speed up my delivery. i chose the first option and was told i would receive an e-mail confirmation of our discussion in 1 hr but in true fashion i did not.
what i did get was a message from DHL informing me they had my order and will deliver as soon as they could.
next day, out of the blue, i got a message from DHL telling me they were delivering mid day that same day. luckily someone was home to receive the package.
Happy to finally receive my package, my happiness was short lived as my order was damaged.
i eventually took it to a Halfords store where they informed me my item was out of stock and found me an alternative replacement. thank you Halford's store.
I did e-mail my experience and complaint to Halford's customer service and to my surprise i got a call from them 24hrs later.
The customer service advisor was asked me if i received my item and and when i told her i did she asked if she could close my case, no apology. after i mentioned to her that there was apology and that's the least she could do then she apologized.
I'm sorry to rant on about this but as someone who has worked in customer service for a big part of his life, customer's can forgive a company for delays in their orders and faulty products but failing provide customers with up to date information on the statues of their order and not sending out e-mail confirmation of any discussions with customer service is really unbelievable for a company like Halfords.
A company that has been around since i was a boy and prides itself in its customer service and products.
come on Halford's being more interested in closing a case rather than apologizing and even offering some form of compensation.
Halfords and DHL Unreliable Customer Service.
Ordered some cycling clothing on line from Halfords my delivery was due on Monday 15th January 2024 by DHL after 7 days of waiting and numerous calls to Halfords so called customer service no further forward"s .The only major difference in both company's so called customer service is that with Halfords you can speak with a person and DHL is a 3 stage automated service which is as good as a chocolate tea pot!!
Ordered some car ramps never came, no refund.
Ordered some car ramps, promised next day delivery, a week later still with DHL and customer services did nothing and no explanation. Went in to the store and bought them in the end. Trying to get a refund is ridiculous, its been a week and there seems to be no-one in charge at what's laughingly called "customer service". Only spent 40 minutes on the line today, total calls must be hours worth, i will never use them again.
**UPDATE** Finally got a reply by e-mail though it was supposed to be by phone, DHL admit they lost them [not my problem] and now its another 3-5 day wait for a refund. If you order your stuff online and it doesn't arrive, good luck.
