Do not use the Wolverhampton Branch to let out your property. In this climate where we're trying to hold on to our properties, it's been hard.
You have rogue estate agents and this is one of them.
From day one with tenants it's been dreadful.
My property is being water damaged from bathroom down to the kitchen!
And the agents are allowing this to happen! I'm paying them full management services and I have British Gas Landlord policy covering but still my house is being trashed. I have contacted property ombudsman, citizen advice and trading standards.
If you don't want to be court out like me.
AVOID this company spicerhaart!! And a woman called Lesley!

Landlords and letting agents need to have trust in any tenant to pay rent on time, treat the property with respect and not be a nuisance to the neighbours.

Wolverhampton Darlington st & Harbourne branch .smart start definitely not.. feel free to contact me.. i actually live next to there managed property.. of which they are suppose to manage.. with zero care.. the property they shadow manage is in deteriorating state.. & obviously depreciating the value of adjoining properties .. time & time again we request a little TLC.. but no joy.. we took photo evidence of maintenance required & personally hand delivered this in July 2024.. it is now October & disgracefully not even an update.. this is how these people manage there properties & customer care..we have bent over backwards to help & assist the current tenant(s) as on several occasions the property has been left without heating & electric faults..unfortunately as nice as the current tenants are.. we now notice a letter of concern dominating the front of the property.. this again is how this company verify the letting of there properties.. there’s been various sub-letting this property & they’ve known..do Haart care???? Do they care who they rent to??? Are they concerned about existing residents??? NO.. the company with NO HAART.. thankyou

Excellent service, very warm, friendly and professional in all aspects start to finish. Had Lillie-May go out of her way to help me secure a property to rent I was very eager to move to. Handled all my queries with speed and showed great effort in sorting all the paperwork after an excellent viewing. Was also supported from start to finish by Latasha who was always on hand to offer support throughout the process. Many lettings agents are only focused on money but these two are a credit to haart and show how much they care about their customers. Would recommend to anyone as they go far beyond what their competitors do to provide a truly outstanding service. Thank you to both!

This housing agency is from the pit of hell. They are not in any form humans and we regret ever using their services. The house they let us brought us nothing but unending pains as we had lost an only child in a canal just in the process of moving out. And this very agency Haarts, had the guts to bring up charges totaling over £2400 after ripping us of £600 when we mentioned we were moving out. Bring it on!. Stay away from this agency at all cost, they lack professionalism and human empathy.

Recently got a tenants deposit returned very speedy, not being completely aware of the procedure. A big thank you to Saqib Ali for all the help and support.

My daughter and her partner rented a flat from Haart Wolverhampton on the Goldthorn Hill area of Wolverhampton one of 4 flats within a house, the flat itself stated nil deposit which you feel is a good option, but they then get you to sign in to a company called FlatFair who at the end of your tenancy harass you to pay end of tenancy charges at whatever Haart want to charge on behalf of the landlord. £400 for cleaning, £170 to remove a tumble dryer etc. If you do decide to rent from them on a nil deposit please please make sure you know what you are entering into as Flat Fair are not a nice company to deal with who have little empathy or respect for tenants. Also be hugely aware of who carries out work on the property you are renting we were told Haart do repairs and in fact it was the landlord who was quiet happy for his tenants to live in mould and damp in fact all 4 of his flats was full of mould and damp causing all tenants to leave the property as soon as the contract ended, once you are in contract you are locked for 12 months and you cannot get out of it! The landlord and rental company Haart does not care one bit about their tenants, they just want it rented at any cost to people, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I would like to applaud the work of Jessica Willis of Haart Wolverhampton. After complaining about repairs in my property for YEARS, yes YEARS. She finally addressed them in a swift manner. Her excellent communication skills and her ability to resolve issues immediately makes her an excellent agent. I personally recommend she gets a promotion before a different letting agency swoops in and takes her. I am extremely please with her service. It’s nice to know I have someone I can contact that will actually listen to my queries and take them seriously.

I would definitely recommend Haart lettings in Wolverhampton. I had been in search of a new property for about 2 months and Lillie-May made the process really easy. I had been to about 15 viewings with other estate agents, but the first property Lillie-May showed me was absolutely beautiful. Lillie-May was great and kept me updated every step of the way.

Initially on viewing a property for sale with Amrick we were told we had 5 minutes as there were a lot of others attending. He hardly knew anything about the property and the whole viewing was very rushed. We still put an offer in which was accepted so had a second viewing. This time he was 15 minutes late with no call and didn't answer when I tried to contact him so we were stood waiting not knowing if he was going to turn up or not. Again he had not found out any answers to our first questions. We didn't hear from him throughout the 7 month process and if I did contact him he always said speak to the solicitors. The one time he did call was to find out when we were at with things. The property is still for sale on Right Move despite me asking numerous times for it to be removed. Towards the end of the process I couldn't get hold of him at all and emails were returned as being undelivered. I finally found out via the sellers solicitor that Haart, Wolverhampton were no longer doing sales so then it took days to call around other Haart locations to find out who had taken over the sale, but no one knew. This caused a lot of time and stress which could have been avoided. Communication was horrendous and no one got back to me. Amrick was always asking me to leave a review and when I said I would rather wait until the process had finished he replied "oh so that's how it's going to be is it". I've no idea where he has gone or what happened so to Haart sales, but it's for the best.

We are renting first time with Haart and never will.again .They wooed us into renting out a property showing something else and after taking the rent and handing over the keys when we asked for the inventory list ,Lillie, the agent said she had no idea and had never been to the property.And after opening the property we found all white goods and furniture missing that was shown to us and promised that it will stay.We were told all maintenence checks are done.But the kitchen water tap was not working .We couldn't use the kitchen for 2days.Mr Luke showed us the property and got an application signed by us about what would stay in the property before we decided to rent.We are without a fridge,.washing machine , wardrobes ...all of which were there .And now he says we file a complaint to some other link he sent us .
Very bad service, chaotic management system, every member of their team keeps rubbing off their responsibilities saying this was to be seen by someone else .Where do we go from here now ......They should be taken to action for such irresponsible behavior with their clients .And causing their clients so much mental agony .

Gave me a valuation of my property. Came back to me within 24hrs very impressive. Also liked the honest transparent approach.

Haart were very supportive though out the purchase process. Amrick Chattu (from Haart) was always reachable and quick to resolve the queries, he was happy to arrange multiple viewings and helped getting quick replies from Seller (as there were some delays from Seller). He also made sure that there were no outstanding issues/queries even after the purchase. overall great service, I would prefer them again.

Haart property management service is nightmare for Tenant as they dint even bother to reply after email , phone and report to portal for the fault .
From last two months just chasing on all email ids contact number and chat bots but no response from Haart.
