As a landlord who's rented out through Haart multiple times (i.e. they found tenants), I do not recommend them and will not work with again. When time comes to sort out return of security deposit, without exception it takes literally weeks and weeks of chasing with zero effect. No one responds to emails, voicemails go unanswered...

Last time I ran out of patience and had to escalate to their execs: Sat Basi, Antony Lark, John Phillips and Mark Hurdle. Only then I got a response from Temi Hazarbasanova-Stuart and even so it still took over a week for the refund to get into my account. Utterly shambolic.

Ola was a lovely gentleman who caught me on my way to Westfield stratford. We had a very good conversation regarding estate management . His knowledge was very good and informative.

Stratford branch have now not paid landlords the rent owed for over 7 days, breaking contractual conditions. The tenant has assured the rent has been paid to Haart, and yet no payment has been made to the landlord. Emails are ignored and calls are not answered. Communication is almost zero.

Presumably, this branch has major solvency issues, I would therefore exercise extreme caution before engaging Haart for any services.

I rarely leave negative reviews, and I always try to see the positive in any situation—but unfortunately, my experience with this real estate agency has been the worst I’ve had in three years as a landlord.

Communication is practically nonexistent. Emails and messages go unanswered, and there is no sense of accountability or professionalism. Despite taking their fees and a percentage of the rent, there is little to no actual service provided in return.

One of the most frustrating issues is their failure to collect rent on time. As a landlord, you expect this to be handled efficiently, yet I’ve repeatedly had to chase tenants myself—something that completely defeats the purpose of using an agency in the first place.

Overall, the lack of commitment, responsiveness, and basic competence is shocking. This has been an incredibly disappointing experience, and I strongly advise others to think twice before using their services.

I’m relieved that this contract is finally coming to an end and will definitely be looking elsewhere. Avoid at all costs.

The most (HIDEOUS!!) Expirence EVER ! With this company don't waste your time Not only do you get put through to a call centre who manages all calls on behalf of haart ,but asking the call handler to pass on your messages to the relevant team member is like getting blood out of a stone. The unprofessional attitude with them getting back to you is literally beyond a joke if you have experienced this you will understand the total frustration and lack of respect in returning your calls one woman to say this most applies to is a miss T Davis Negotiator!!!!!!!! would you believe. I got so frustrated with her lack of communication skills via phoning, I threatened to leave a review after weeks of asking for a call to not only discuss a rental for myself but my parents wanting to seel there 3 bedroom apartment in queen's park I was told I'd have a call of course, no call from Miss T so I'm leaving the review if you can't communication with with members of the public get out of the job role your in

I contacted Haart Estate agent back in August 2024 whilst I was in the midst of sorting out my 2 bedroom flat for redecorating/refurb ready to rent out.
Estate manager Elisa came over to take a look at the flat and gave me an insight to what Haart offer.

It took some time to get the flat ready, Elisa would contact me to check to see how I was getting on with the decorating, every so often. Not at all pushy, very cool and calm.

Once the flat was ready Elisa came and took pictures , within 24 hours the flat was up for rental.
I had lots of viewings.
We got tenants, and the whole process was just so supporting as Elisa was on hand every step. I can always contact Elisa and she always gets back to me, just fantastic, always very helpful with answering any questions I had as this is my first time renting out property.
Even now, that I have tenants settled in and its been a couple of months I can email Elisa and she gets back to me as soon as she can.

My husband and I have been looking for a flat recently and it’s been so difficult to find time as our day off doesn’t meet all the time. Dav didn’t hesitate to help us look for a flat on a Saturday, despite we called him the same day or gave him a short notice. He was so accommodating and friendly that didn’t made us feel intimidated to ask questions. He walk-through every detail and instructions in processing the let clearly, as well as suggested some places or other flats that would fit our budget or the area we are looking for. Kudos to Dav Vatanov, such a lovely lettings negotiator.

We have had bad experience with Haart. Unfortunately worst property managers like Abidur Rahman, they are not committed to service and can't keep their words and not ready to solve or lookout for solution, instead they will change their position time and again saying we are only rent collectors if we reach them for any property related issues.

Haart has responded quickly to me with my tenant enquiries and to small issues identified!! Also thank you to Abidur especially with respect to the recent Local Authority inspection of my property and resolution by their contractors!!

I phoned to ask a few questions and spoke with a guy called nasir Hussain he was very helpful and knew what he was talking about…. Good man.

Excellent customer service very patient and very helpful with the concerns that I had regarding my rent account. Thank you Natasha Pin really appreciated

This agency they don’t know what they are doing.
After they give us a contract with a wrong post code to sign in and we did not realise as we never think about an agency they can do something like this.
We realise after a week when we try to pay for the council tax and they couldn’t find the post code.
After all this we wait 3 weeks to make another contract and they call us to sign again. We expected to sign the contract and give us a copy of the contract as this is what they should do. But Nooo the says that they will send us the contract next day by email and it never happened, still waiting for one week to receive it.
This haart agency start do be dodgy.
I do not recommend to use it for renting houses

The property management team have been really poor at Stratford. Customer service has been much better of recent times.

On this occasion Nasir Hussain from Startford branch really showed exeptional customer service skills and qualities.

Stay away! This is the most diabolical, unprofessional agency i have ever dealt with in 20 years renting in London! This agency should not be allowed to exist! Ignoring emails for months, took us 2 months to get our deposit back and only under a threat of legal action! Absolute unprofessional conduct, no management or communication skills with no accountability for anything! Disgusting!

Absolutely superb service from Mukesh and the Haart team at Stratford.
Very supportive, always kept us informed. Overall can not fault the service they have given.

I have been incredibly impressed by the professionalism with which the Haart office in Stratford E15 has found tenants for a property in Plaistow E15. Led so ably by Claire Ballantyne, there has been total openness and honesty. Rent needed to be reduced because the pandemic meant that renters had far greater options and were switching as soon as they found a property slightly more suited to their interests. Yet Claire apologised profusely when a couple dropped out after two whole weeks of appearing to be wedded to the property. Subsequently she proved correct in encouraging acceptance of a family that did not seem appropriate but have turned out to be well suited to the property. The office (Leila and Justina also involved to varying degrees) demonstrates excellent communication skills, great efficiency and effectiveness along with much good sense. The landlord is kept up-to-date with viewings and viewers’ subsequent comments, an aspect often neglected by a number of agents across London and elsewhere. On top of all this, Claire has shown total patience and understanding when I hesitated over which agency to use. And provided clear, helpful and speedy responses to my varied contractual questions. I certainly now know who to use in east London and my strong appreciation of Haart will be carried farther afield.

Me and my husband were extremely lucky to have Leila from the Stratford branch to help us find an apartment. We were moving to the UK from abroad and everything was a struggle, but Leila made things really easy for us; she even helped clarifying some paperwork that had nothing to do with renting the apartment! Also, whenever we would call to the office and she wasn't there, whoever picked up the phone was always on top of things, being familiar with our situation and knowing what to do next. Seems like they know how to communicate within the company.

And the apartment? They really listened to what we wanted and only needed to show one apartment, which we took. We would definitely recommend haart Stratford.

I joined haart to get help in finding a house months back and recently I got a call saying they have something that suits my needs and I received excellent customer service. Leila and Claire was lovely and friendly helped me in everything I needed to know. Guided me into making the right choice and taking the property. Everytime I called for help for something I received the help straight away. I wouldn’t have to even ask twice. It was just the way I was spoken to was like so polite. I’ve got a home because of these guys so I would recommend them to everyone. Haart has the best customer service.
