These people are the absolute worst kind of estate agents. Massively over-promise then continuously under-deliver for the very lengthy contract period they insist on tying you into. As their fee is based on their original asking price rather than what your house sells for, you can expect to get an above market valuation followed by pressure to reduce the price once you’re locked in. To add insult to injury, they also don’t bother to reply to emails, answer the phone or open during their advertised hours. Buyers can’t even get through.

If you’re unfortunate enough to be a woman dealing with this Old Boys Club, be prepared to be gaslighted. Your complaint literally won’t exist in the Area Director’s mind. Dishonesty is apparently completely acceptable.

If you’re thinking about selling, save yourself 5 months and go with another agent.

My husband and I rent a property through Haart in Shepperton. Haart have been completely incompetent and completely useless from start to finish (bar the first couple of weeks where they wanted our signatures on their contract). After that, we have had little to no contact with Haart despite calling repeatedly for the past 4/5 weeks. We give up!!

A few months ago we had an electrical fault in the property which we reported. It was a Friday and Haart told us that they had no one to fix it and we would have to wait until Monday at least… we did our own quick google and found an electrician in about 30 seconds. We informed Haart and they told us to call the electrician ourselves and pay for it. Luckily the landlords of the property are decent people who paid for an electrician to come that day… doing Haarts job for them and being charged for it!

The property is being sold next year and Haart have passed on our details to the estate agents selling the property with no permission from us to do so!!! They didn’t even ask us… disgracefu! It’s no wonder the landlords haven’t chosen Haart to sell the property for them.

They have absolutely no idea what they are doing, not a single person has been in any way helpful to the point where we are now in direct contact with the landlords… will you pay them to do your job for you?

I will never ever use Haart again, neither should anyone else. Save yourself the stress!

Recently I had problems with my washing machine and this was sorted it out quickly by Lynna Proctor. She spoke to the landlord and arranged for a new washing machine to be delivered at our flat too. She was also very professional and kept us updated throughout the whole process. Outstanding service.

Have just sold our property with Scott at Haart and got more than we had hoped for. Very good service. For Sale advert was very professional. Quite stressful due to unforeseen situations. None of which had anything to do with our agent Scott Hall. COVID didn't help but overall, very happy with outcome. Would advise, try and stay away from exchange and completion on the same day. Nightmare. Would recommend Haart though, very nice people.

I have dealt with Stephanie Grant at Haart Lettings' Shepperton office over some years now, and she has always gone the extra mile to ensure tenancies are efficiently set up, and that they run smoothly. Her kind, intelligent and pro-active approach has been of enormous and consistent benefit to both me and my tenants.

Excellent service from Matt Bromeley: efficient and sorted out any problems that I had. Thank you to him and Steph for all they have done!

I am so glad that I chose Haart to manage my rental property. The process was very smooth, right from the beginning to the end result of getting the Tennants in with absolutely no hiccups.
I'd like to mention Stephanie Grant from the
Shepperton branch. I had no problems with communicating with stephanie, especially with the covid 19 pandemic going on. She is a great asset to haart. She managed to get me tennants in just a couple of weeks.

Matt sorted out my heating problem with such professionalism and urgency, he was on the ball doing all he could in the quickest time, very impressed with the service
