I strongly advise landlords to avoid this company for both property management and lettings services.
When you sign up, you are encouraged to pay for various management services, legal protection, and rent guarantee products. However, when you actually need their support, especially in cases involving tenant arrears, legal action, or possession proceedings, they appear to do everything possible to avoid taking action.
In my experience, they repeatedly requested additional documents and information that had never been requested before, creating unnecessary delays and obstacles rather than helping to resolve the issue. It felt as though they were looking for excuses not to proceed with the legal protection services that I had already paid for.
Customer service has been extremely disappointing. Calls are often unanswered, communication is poor, and staff appear inexperienced and insufficiently trained to deal with serious property management issues. As a landlord, you need a management company that protects your interests and acts promptly when problems arise. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.
My experience has been incredibly frustrating and stressful. I felt unsupported throughout the process and left to deal with problems that I was paying the company to manage on my behalf.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this company and would strongly suggest that landlords look elsewhere for property management, lettings, and legal protection services.

Excellent customer service
I was looked after by an agent named Celso on Saturday.
With what seemed a bumpy start he turned it into a smooth ride.
We visited the branch earlier this week and booked a viewing but it wasn't recorded on the system.
I was meant to work from 1.00pm.
I called Haart to confirm my appointment but they couldn't find me on the system which really annoyed me because I only had a couple of days where I could visit the house
It was nearly 11.30am but there seemed to have no viewing booked under my name.
He managed to rebook me on the same day for a 12.00 pm viewing.
I am really grateful that Celso went out of his way to accommodate my needs.

Although his colleague let me down, Celso did his best to improve my experience with Haart.

Had a viewing today for a house on Cavendish street with a lovely chap Ernie,he was very professional and willing to answer our questions. Very satisfied with his service

At the beggining when i want to rent my property they contact me lots of times every day. after we had a problem with them nobody replay to my emails, calls. Very Very bad communication ,run run from this agency

Finally got some of my deposit back after nearly 4 months of stalling on their end. Had to go through a dispute after they tagged on some extra charges way past the allowed period by THEIR contract and refused to elaborate. Then after me having enough and settling the dispute they (Saira) stopped responding altogether. Waited for the full 30d of the dispute + the extra 10 days they were given. Claimed to have not seen the TDS emails, nor our requests ... Also according to Saira, if you want to complain about Saira you do that via Saira, and not the branch manager (according to their policies).

Also the last (of quite a few) maintenance issues I had (oven broke for 5th time) took them 2 months of constant emailing and calling for a contractor to even give me a call back. By then I had it sorted already as I wanted to eat cooked food again.

Funny way of converting 5 to 10 good google maps reviews into bad ones, as they beg you to give them 5* for every little thing they are contractually obligated to do. Also funny is their trustpilot score is vastly different than their google reviews

EDIT TO SAY ISSUES STILL NOT DEALT WITH.
Do not rent a property with this agency one of the worst ones I have experienced!!
We moved into our home 4 months ago and the issues started the day we moved in. Things were still left in the property from the previous tennants (including massive wardrobes which we had been told wouldnt be there when we moved in which we had to take apart to fit our furniture in) it hadnt been cleaned and there were maintenance issues. I tried to contact the office on the day. Nobody answered which seems to be a running theme with the property management at this place! Everytime I have managed to speak to someone they claim they have no idea what I am talking about pass the blame to someone who doesnt even work in the department anymore with the promise of calling/emailing with an update. It took 2 months to get someone to fix a leak in the ensuite (which was so bad the ceiling has a huge bowed lump). The rest of the issues including more that have since been found have still not been done. They still dont answer calls. The latest one they finally answered said no idea what i was waiting for even though THEY have sent TWO seperate contractors out to list the jobs & take photos of what needs doing. I have left messages with the manager I even emailed her last week with the list of complaints stating everything that has happened so far and I didnt even get an acknowledgement reply!! AVOID!!!

I recently attended a property viewing with ihtishaam he was extremely friendly and kind and allowed me and my partner to walk around the property freely and answered any queries. He was very professional and made the process very easy and enjoyable.

I was a tenant from 2020-2025. The first 3 years they were great, however the last 18 months/2 years the service was dreadful. Issues (fairly significant issues) were reported to them but they never contacted the landlord about them, so I assumed (wrongly) landlord did not care, however they were never told. They do not get back to you, emails ignored. I decided to move because of the issues that were ignored by them. When you do get to speak to a member of staff , they are lovely so assume this is a management issue.

To be transparent I only had a viewing booked with Haart, which I cancelled, so I cannot comment on their full services. However, what I want to feedback is that once they get your number and email they will not stop contacting you. I have now asked via email to 2 separate people, rang the office, and now texted back an agent who had organised the viewing for us. All because they just kept asking if we are still looking for properties and sending us any old house they found and even duplicating emails across staff members. I just feel there is a complete lack of communication between staff as I have had to ask multiple times to different people that we are no longer interested and to please stop calling me. It's at the point now if they ring me again I'll have to block it and report as spam.

I have a property I let out in Peterborough that they claim to provide a full management service. Nothing could be further from the truth. There don’t reply to emails, telephone calls and messages and forget to put the rent up when agreed and I have lost money because of their total incompetence.
Do not use this branch as they don’t provide anything accept a don’t care a less attitude.

Hello. Today I had a viewing of a wonderful house with the real estate agent IHTISHAAM. First of all, I would like to thank you for the review and for the very discreet but important comments about the house, this is important and greatly influences the decision-making process. We have not yet reached an agreement, but we would like to do so, that is, rent this particular house. We hope for professionalism in the future.

I found Ihtishaam, a very pleasant young man, he communicated, on several occasions, either by email or text. And made sure, that, i could ask anything. At this stage, the house, i viewed on the 3rd February, wasnt suitable. I said it needed alot of tidying up and it wasnt worth the rental value.
