This is a company you should avoid at all costs. Due to a series of problems, trust was lost at an early stage. Poor communications, lack of management cover, and a general atmosphere of arrogance has resulted in a very poor service. Early management decisions and a complacent approach resulted in the landlord being severely disadvantaged. Avoid HAART Property Services.

Poor service quick enough to request money , not so quick fixing things. 1 month with no heating in December and a broken boiler again which they don’t seem to interested in leaving us with no hot water or heating

The property management team at Haart lettings Fleet have been outstanding. Ellie and Shereen have addressed my maintenance requests efficiently. Instructing one of their professional contractors to contact me quickly. My whole renting experience has been positively enhanced by having these people on my team..

I moved into my current rental flat in 2022.
I'm currently dealing with the Fleet branch who manage the property I'm staying in. At the start of my tenancy they were great and communicated effectively. After I settled in my rental property, it got to the point where all my maintenance requests were being ignored despite them being logged through the correct portal. These were serious issues as well - a window that doesn't close, constant leaks, part of the buildings exterior falling down, damp walls & ceilings, and I'm not being given 48hrs notice whenever anyone needs to access my flat (which is every month or so for the most bizarre reasons).

To say they've gone radio silent isn't exactly correct... they email me once a year to tell me rent is going up. I responded to their most recent email in June with all my concerns asking why maintenance issues were being ignored, and they haven't responded or acknowledged this.
Last week the council served me with an order to vacate the flat as it isn't safe to live in, and Haart STILL won't talk to me. I've started packing up my belongings, but I have no idea what's going on or where to go.

Never phone you back, it seems like they have 12 year old working for them as they are incompetent. Promised phone calls never happen, customer service is appalling raising complaint, they might respond to that!!

All I can say is Wow! My experience with Haart lettings is phenomenal, I strongly recommend them to any prospective tenants out there!

I've dealt with the Haart Fleet Lettings team over the last few years now. They are helpful, efficient and friendly. Particularly Daniel (manager) and Louise who have bent over backwards recently with professionalism and accuracy to sort out a couple of issues. Rental statements and end of year paperwork are sent out promptly and I've been kept up to date with any legal changes for landlords over the years. This helps me be a responsible landlord, so thank you Team!

As a long standing client once you decide to sell the property you have been letting through them, they don’t care anymore and at check out they leave the property unlocked, not carry out a full check of property including checking all furniture or the decor etc is present correct and not damaged and take pictures of damages and not put on check out report. Not take electricity reading as part of check out report then when raised staff lie and call you the client a liar and even when shown that the client did not lie they continue to call client liar. Haart only care when you are paying them the money to manage the property (which they don’t do particularly well anyway) and once you decide to sell up they don’t care and are slapdash, incompetent and try to palm off complaints. . Do not use Haart to let buy or sell your property as you will regret it

We were very pleased by the professionalism and friendliness shown to us by Daniel Harley at the branch. It was a stressful situation, which Daniel guided us through with an extreme amount of patience. We are very thankful for his interaction and guidance.

Avoid ! Avoid ! Avoid! We had The worst experience with them ! We are renting a property with them and it is impossible to contact them when something is wrong ! They haven’t been able to sort out mould issues for over a year !!! in the house where we live with our 2 y old son so we have to move out !
