haart - Estate Agents Thetford Anmeldelser 

Made the mistake of viewing a property with them almost 3 years ago and they have hounded me ever since.
I have asked them to remove me from contact lists, blocked their numbers from at least 3 different offices & they just phone from new ones!
At one point they even called me asking if I wanted to sell a property I rented from them that I’d moved out of 3 years before!
The house I viewed was in Thetford, I’ve been called by that office, bury st Edmund’s, Dereham and Norwich!
I don’t want to sell my property & if I did I wouldnt go anywhere near Haart!
Hideous company.

Never answer phone always goes through to overflow call centre and they never call back! They are trying to sell a neighbours property in Beck Row that has an ongoing legal dispute so unless they are owners of property are lying on legal documents that there are no disputes unsure how they can sell property until resolved as currently issue is with Flagship and Persimmon legal team! Cowboys....

The manager is confused and rude! The whole product is disgraceful to the sellers!
Sue has no concept of customer service nor trying to understand what people are saying. Sge is confrontational and rude!
I said that they are incompetent because of issues that I had, I had a phone call saying that "I was bloody rude" It was nasty!
I was peed off that things hadn't been explained and that I hadn't had calls when promised, and I was peed off that the manager was racist with her comments about a lady taking calls!
Haart is certainly NOT like the old days!
I was told that if U wanted to revisit the properties to be polite and respectful. Customer service at its best...not!

After a horrendous 11 months we have finally moved into our new house in thetford .i can’t praise thetford haart enough we didn’t sell through them but we bought our house through them and they were impeccable we found out more through them than with anyone else sue at the thetford office went above and beyond for us and we will be eternally grateful for it

I brought a house via Haart in April.
I put my offer in and the next day, I was then contacted by there sales manager Nadine 5 times in one day asking if I can “dig a little deeper” I explained I can’t I have an mot that day and was told if it passes that’s more I could play with.
Nadine then called me 3 days straight, emailed me multiple of times asking if I could offer more or they will book more appointments in, to the point I was in absolute tears and was told another girl Molly will handle it (it wasn’t)
My house was sold with no chain,
I was a cash buyer.
My house’s buyer fell through, I called Haart and spoke to Nadine I said I have 3 viewings the following day and if I do not get an offer I will be a mortgage buyer and we 100% want this house she said that’s absolutely fine. I expressed my two children know my offer had been accepted and at this point they had viewed the house three times, they are ASD so it was very important.
Either way that house is 100% ours and cash or mortgage.
5 mins later my friend who is also looking for a house got a text to say, a house has fallen through would she like a viewing, it was my house!
It was back on the website, I called Nadine and was told it was the sellers unless we had the cash they are re selling.
My house got an offer so it was re removed off the site, I was then contacted again by Nadine, emails asking me to buy furniture from the tenants.
I decided with all the pestering I was pulling out, I explained she is giving me such anxiety.
The seller messaged me on Facebook and told me she doesn’t agree with Haart (I have the messages still) and she will sell without them as she never gave them permission to keep asking or putting it back on the market.
Later on I found out the seller works for Haart! And in the Thetford office.
On day of completion I went into the Thetford office to collect the keys.
I went to the house and the house was full of rubbish. It took 2 van trips and 1 skip to remove it all.
I called Haart and was told to deal with it through a solicitor as they are not handling the sale.
But I got the keys from them? Their seller was in the office at her desk!
We had to threaten to bring all her rubbish to the store to give back to her before she arranged someone to clear it.
Honestly, if it wasn’t for my children having their heart set on this house I would have walked.

Sue was lovely to start with but unfortunately none of the details were checked with me before my property was advertised and there were many mistakes. I never authorised any details that went online. Nobody at Haart attempted to ask me to get any details authorised. At least 3 times my house was advertised online without my permission, with incorrect details, such as wrong number of bathrooms, confusing descriptions of rooms, minimal description of area , even though I told them correct information. The last time they put my house online they were fully aware I no longer wanted them to sell my house. They also won't let me out of the contract even though they can't seem to do their job. Then they have the nerve to say they introduced people and if they buy 2 years down the line I would need to pay commission? Even though nobody has seen correct details and I have had no viewings. DISHONEST and INCOMPETENT

Great service from Marie Hanson - highly recommended !

In an age where nobody wants to answer the phone and hides behind emails Marie Hanson always took my calls and got answer to my questions when purchasing my property from Heart, and made an extremely exasperating experience bearable, joining the dots between buyers and purchasers solicitors must be a thankless task. Thanks for your efforts and professionalism.

Whilst it got off to a shaky start, I have to say that once Nadine got hold of the situation the communication was great. She also had a very proactive attitude, chasing things down, which is exactly what we were expecting our Estate Agent to do.

Worse than useless!
Very disappointed. Was told that my property would sell within a matter of a few weeks. It didn't - and it's now 11 weeks. Was told we'd have a video done. We didn't, well we did, but it never got posted online. Was told we'd have loads of viewings. We haven't. In fact we've had 2 viewings (over 9 weeks) and both were not in a position to proceed - as we were promised they would have to be before being allowed to view. We have dealt with 5 people at Haart. At least 2 have left Haart at very short notice. Someone else took over and then went on holiday. Now our complaints are being dealt with by someone new we've never spoken to before. We asked to be released from our binding 20 week contract with them because of all the reasons above and the useless job they've done - because we wanted to work with a more professional estate agent. They wouldn't let us. I then asked for the house to be taken off sale 2 weeks ago. It's still being advertised online.
Like I said - Useless!
