Great company, got the job done properly and with great customer service.

Terrible, one of the worst experiences i have had using them. Completely useless and incompetent staff

I used haart estate agents in Stevenage to successfully sell my flat. What impressed me was their attention to detail and their enthusiasm. I knew things would go well when Andrew turned up with a tripod for his camera: attention to detail :) They sold it to the second person to view - at a good price; I feel significantly more than a cheaper agent would likely have achieved. Communication is key to success in what's invariably a stressful process, and Adam was outstanding in this respect.

Had our house on sale with Haart, they arranged numerous viewings, purchased with an offer over the guide price. It was managed by Adam Smith Haart who chased solicitors and made sure everything went through, even with obstacles being put in his way. Would recommend Haart to anyone selling their property.

We have experienced an excellent service from haart's Stevenage branch, having used them for the sale of our property.

From Andrew Rogers initial meetings explaining how they would market the property, taking excellent photos and placing it online on all the key sales portals. To Marley Hamilton and Gemma Allen brilliantly handling all viewings and negotiations for the sale. And through to Adam Smith overseeing the final sale progression and ensuring we got over the line in our required timeframe and ensuring that the conveyancing solicitors involved in the purchase of my property were kept fully informed of our requirements and the need to progress everything quickly. You should seriously consider engaging Haart in Stevenage to handle the sale of any property in the area, they are an excellent and very knowledgeable team!

Called three agents to get valuations.

The person you first speak to at any business sets the tone and Marley set the tone perfectly from my initial call, asked all the right questions at this initial stage, knew the local market and had direct comparables to hand and was very personable. I was pretty much sold at this point!

Andrew valued the property and again set himself apart from the other agents we invited in. Direct, professional approach with relevant comparable properties recently sold in the area. He could back his valuation which was higher then the other agents, and was very clear on the marketing strategy and approach that he and the team use to get the best results for the vendor. I knew they were the right agency for us!

Once we gave them the instruction to market the property the machine started moving. Photos were taken, the property went live on all the portals within days, the team previewed the property and had viewings lined up immediately.

The perfect offer was received within five days of marketing which we accepted.

During the conveyancing process Adam kept the momentum going and really pushed for the exchange and completion within the time frames we had initially given. The purchasers conveyancing team was a little slow at times but Adam kept the line of communication open and got it across the line.

I want to say a massive thank you to the Haart team in Stevenage…. We can now move on to our dream home and for that we are very grateful!

If you have a property to sell in the area this is the agency you should use!

Without the help of Adam Smith and the team in Stevenage the sale of our flat would never had completed. They communicated well, stepped in to assist politely and professionally, more than the legal teams did. A huge thank you to you all.

Goes out of their way to call you to be patronising and pretend to be confused about what your enquiring about, if your budget is too low.

I don't normally post reviews but I'm making this exception because of the quality of service experienced from Haart Stevenage, in particular Benjamin.
From original contact through to final sale, Ben provided us with first class communication and professional knowledge. Too often agents have little or limited information regarding the property they are selling but Ben disproves this stereotype completely. Ben is personable, fair to all parties and conveys confidence, knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile. Thoroughly recommend this agent and Benjamin if you want reliability, honesty and support.

We recently moved house and had the process looked after by Haart. Our agent was Andrew Winter and we couldn’t have asked for better service. Buying/Moving house is definitely stressful but Andrew went above and beyond to make sure it was as easy as he could me it for my family and me.

We would highly recommend Haart, and especially Andrew Winter.

What a shambles of so called estate agent, first bit of advice I will give is simply avoid !!

From start to finish they where woeful, and when I say finish I mean we pulled the hourse from them,

Firstly we never felt valued by them and more just a number and a bit of paper, we had to constantly chase for any updates on our buyers, to which they where very slow in responding, if at all and may I add, the only way you could really get an answer was via email, they rarely answered the phone and quite frankly there attitude was very poor, it also felt like the manager never had an active interest or clue what was going within his branch either, information was never really readable available unless he was pushed for answers an only then would he go and try and get them !!

Every time we eventually spoke with our actual agent it was the same answer each time, there’s no answer or I’m waiting on a call back!!

They made what is already a stressful process 100 times worse, thank god we read the contract and pulled away from them as soon as we could.

Never worth the 1.5% commission they charge either, they will also tie you in to a sole agency contract to !!

All I will say is avoid avoid avoid…..

Look for an alternative agent in the area and save yourself so much hassle
