Nearly 4 weeks and no refund!
No reply to emails!! Awful customer service

the dress i ordered was beautiful. unfortunately, i didn't receive my dress in time for my birthday event which is the only reason i ordered this dress. just very disappointed as there firstly was a stock error and was told they didn't have my size. they subsequently sent me out another size and it was shipped well in advanced to arrive to me in time however it never did. it took 3+ weeks to receive the dress despite paying express shipping and thought almost a month in advanced would have ensured i received it well before my event. i was super excited to wear this.

I’m in the US so shipping and returns right now can be challenging but they are incredibly responsive and the one time I had an issue, they addressed immediately when they knew about it. I’m a repeat customer over and over for vacay and events!

They both fit perfect, and is an essential for underneath sheer clothing, very comfortable, and a must have for everyone.

Awful customer service and awful quality of clothing. All from China. Staff member ‘Ava’ is so unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Posted on TikTok laughing about unhappy customers, glad to see our stress after being scammed out of a lot of money has made you laugh… what happens when you have children working for you! Bad customer service does not refund on dates given have to constantly chase it told refund would be on a certain date still waiting for refund !!

Sent my items back in good time and still no refund, I have been emailing since 1st May regarding my refund and even sent an Instagram message still no reply. I have tracked my return and they signed for this on 1st May. Won’t use again

I recently ordered the leather dress in yellow, it was better than i expected. The material was amazing, and was just as described. I have a party the end of this month and have already been eyeing up the black lace dress! There are quite pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for. Would 100% order again, no complaints.
