Problem of delivery... And no follow up ...silent email
Problem of delivery... RoyalMail pur my parcel in a garden in another nearby street and is missing. Trying to contact GX by email info at gxgolfgloves.com ...but no answers for a week so far! Bad service!
They replied roday for a full refund...so ok now! Nice gloves by the way!

Firstly, I am sorry for the initial experience. A missed delivery and then a delay in response is not the level we expect from ourselves. Since then, we have made significant improvements and now have a dedicated customer service team with much faster response times as we have grown.

Great Products, Great Price and Great Service
Having used major brands for as long as I can remember I decided it was time to try something "new" Having seen social posts picked GX and website easy to use. Ordered a 3 pack and arrived with 24 hours, quality of the gloves is as good as any I have used. I did have an issue which was resolved quickly and without any hassle. Great to hear the whole experience from website through to delivery was smooth, and that the gloves lived up to expectations. We put a lot of focus into making sure the quality stands up over time, particularly with how the leather is treated, so it is good to hear that came through.

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. I made a mistake with my order and I sent the wrong item back 3 weeks ago still waiting on a refund or the correct items being delivered. I sent at least 4 emails and I’ve had radio silence

Customs charge to Ireland GX Gloves
Delivery to Ireland comes with a customs cost which makes these gloves more expensive than the most expensive gloves on the market. I think it's extremely poor of GX Gloves not to let their EU Customers know this. Very poor show - On top of this they are too small which is fine but it means they go into the bin because returning them will cost more money.

I understand your frustration around customs charges and sizing, both are important parts of the experience. On customs, this is unfortunately outside of our direct control, but we are actively working on improving our international setup to reduce issues like this for customers in Ireland and elsewhere.
On sizing, we take that seriously and it is something we continue to refine. We now also have a dedicated customer service team who can guide customers more closely to get the right fit before ordering.
We stand by the quality of the gloves and the materials used, but I appreciate that your experience did not reflect that, and we will take this on board.

Recommended these gloves by a golfing friend. Order a size in line with the GX guidelines. They fit but we're a bit neat (I was right on.the line from the measurement). Sent back with the card supplied. Great service, but they sent the wrong dexterity. I emailed to inform them. They responded quickly and sent out the correct dexterity, with 1 glove extra to my order for the inconvenience. Excellent customer service. Excellent gloves, Excellent price 👍👍💯%

Glad to hear the sizing guidance helped and that the gloves felt right once you had the correct fit. Also appreciate your patience when the wrong dexterity was initially sent, that should not have happened, but I am pleased the team responded quickly and put it right properly.

1 star only because 0 star is not an option. Worst purchase ever. Bought on may 25, nothing arrived, kept emailing, no tracking number nothing. Customer service is slow to non existant. They eventually said if I didn't get anything by end of June they would resend. Now in mid July and they won't resend. Now claiming back from credit card company.

Good product but false delivery information
I recently bought a golf towel from gx golf. Be aware that on the website they clearly state 1st class delivery option is next working day delivery. This is not the case!! I made an order on the Saturday night and it didn't arrive until late Wednesday afternoon. After contacting them they stated they use royal mail which sometimes can have delays. This wasn't the case and is clearly false advertising. I have raised this with customer services and they have failed to respond to me or alter the information on their website. I have given three stars as the product itself I was pleased with just don't think when it says next working day delivery it means that

I am glad to hear you were pleased with the product itself, but I completely understand your frustration around the delivery expectations. You are right to expect that if something is stated clearly on the website, it should match the actual experience.
To clarify, when we reference next working day delivery, this is based on Royal Mail services rather than a guaranteed courier delivery, but I take your point that this needs to be communicated more clearly so there is no confusion.
On the customer service side, the lack of follow up is not acceptable. Since then, we have made significant improvements and now have a dedicated customer service team with much faster response times.
We will take this feedback on board, particularly around how delivery expectations are communicated, as that is an important part of the overall experience.
Best quality you can get.
I’ve been playing for over 45 years (single hcp) and I have never felt a better quality cabretta golf glove than GX. It is soft, it is thin and it is strong. Fits like a glove! I hope never to wear another golf glove. I ordered 9😊 so for the coming years I’m all set.

Personally, I have purchased many gloves from GX Golf Gloves and find the service and quality of product, far superior to the more recognised brands. In my opinion, the leather is better qulaity and more hard wearing.
However, when I ordered a nine pack, I enquired on my daughters behalf about sizing. Given the description of what size she normally wears, GX, were spot on with their recommendation and we received a perfect fit for her. Its another bonus, that I can split the order to satisfy two different sizes within the same order. Fantastic service and product and a life long buyer

I play a lot of golf and as such buy a lot of premium gloves in the £14-£18 range, Titleist and Adidas being my preferred brand. At £8 a glove, including shipping - when purchased in batches of 9 -the GX Players Cabretta Glove is as good a fit and quality as either of the aforementioned manufacturers making this a rare but genuine bargain. Get in before they put the price up!!

Great comfort, great quality and price.
I have only bought the best leather gloves over my 38 years of playing golf. I have to have comfort, excellent fit, and confidence in my grip. Price has always been the last consideration. I thought I would try GX and I was sceptical about the quality. I have now been playing glove number one from the pack of three since August. Good product, but customs make it unattractive
Unfortunately due to brexit, ordering from GX Golf Gloves is a bit of an headache. Product is great, your website and the buying process all very nice, but the need to pay customs and the waiting period makes it unattractive.
Maybe a different location for EU shipping would solve that.
