Recently sold our flat through Guilford…
Recently sold our flat through Guilford Estate Agents who kept great communication throughout. Jack & Joe were both very helpful and cummunicative throughout the process. The photo's and virtual view of the flat were really well done and useful especially over this period. Happy to have sold the flat through them!

Many Thanks, Lucca it was a pleasure dealing with you.
Avoid at all costs
Warning.
Aggressive, unethical, dishonest. Customer service is totally missing. There are plenty other places out there - don’t buy or sell through them.

Dear Mrs Mather
I am sorry the buyer has pulled out of the sale today and in no fault of ourselves. I cant believe they have pulled out. I can only imagine how frustration it can be. We are as disappointed as you are. This unfortunately this does happen and I wish we could stop this happening after all the hard work and marketing we do to sell a house and for it to fall through. I hope you find a buyer soon. Again we are truly sorry they have done this to you.
Kind Regards
James Quantrell

Guildford Estate Agents
Awful service!
Awful service from unethical individuals shaming the whole real estate industry.
There are plenty of good agents on the same road, avoid this one as much as possible!

Dear Mrs Rodrigues
It was a shame you did not get the property the Landlord marketed with us. We all can understand you are very disappointed that the Landlord went with more suitable tenant for his highly desirable property.
I hope you and your family found yourself another property.
If we get another property that meets your requirements then we will be in touch like we said.

Especially beware if you are students as you WILL be treated with a total disregard of your welfare, rights and then abandoned with financial loss. If I am incorrect Mr Quantrell please have the professional courtesy of replying to our solicitor or sue me.

Besvarelse fra Guildford Estate Agents
Dear Mr O'Conner
Many thanks for your Trust Pilot review. As you already know. On behalf of our Landlord we are taking you and the tenant to court for unpaid rent. I think its best to leave it up to the courts to decide. I will also post the courts decision in due time.
Dishonest
Dishonest, unprofessional and full of false promises. Cancelled my property booking a week after receiving a deposit, without any notice, probably to give the property to someone who'd pay a higher rent, although I was never told why - despicable behaviour!
It's companies like this that give the good estate agents a bad reputation.
