Brought a coat over a year ago and had issues with fading under the arms where my bag had rubbed. Fantastic customer support sent me out a new one, thank you!

I recently went to buy a coat from Guards London based on the positive reviews I had read about the quality of their products. When I enquired about a particular coat I was informed it was no longer in stock for my size as it was only available for a season. However, Peter who had been most helpful got back in touch and said they had managed to find one at a different size in their warehouse and would be happy to reserve it for me. Fortunately, there was a return that came back in that was the exact sizing I required that I ended up purchasing. I’ve been really impressed with the quality and wouldn’t hesitate to buy more products from them in future.

Great product, quality materials, fast shipping ... but you would expect that. What made it special was Guards' return process and Peter who took care of it.
January, high-volume of orders and returns, and I had some returns myself (due to sizing issue). There was a delay in return label response, anxiety on my part, and then Peter sent a nice explainer with a bit of human touch and backstory. Perfect. As a customer, I just need to know what's going on. The worst thing is the silent treatment, but Peter went above the standard, cookie-cutter response and I liked that. He then backed it up with immediate action and I have to say I am impressed and thankful.
Customer service as good as the product, now that's something to be proud of. Thank you Guards & Peter Xu and keep it up.

I purchased a field jacket at over 75% discount, but the quality and design of the coat is well worth full price, if not more! Absolutely delighted with the purchase.

The quality of all the zips and buttons are top notch. The design and material of the coat are perfect to look smart even when it’s raining. There are a number of hidden pockets, as well as a detachable hood, so it is as useful as it is stylish!

I searched far and wide for the perfect coat and luckily found it with this one! The best coat I've ever owned, literally!

After purchasing a ‘Wellington Packaway Raincoat’ directly from Guards London website, I absolutely love this coat. Professional craftsmanship that gives it a tailored and stylish look, quality build and durable fabric - including both the lining and the surface of the coat, and an excellent look that is comfortable.

The fabric feels very sturdy, and yet it is lightweight enough to wear as a spring coat, trust me, you need it in London during the wet spring months! It has the feel of a traditional rain slicker with contemporary buttons, internal zip pockets, and deep external pockets, it’s very structured, and stays structured whilst wearing it.

It’s such a beautiful style and it’s one of those items that will literally never go out of style. It is well made and fits great using the measurements on the website; I had purchased a size 36 in navy, and it fits perfectly, and it arrived quickly via Royal Mail.

I am so impressed with my navy Wellington Packaway Raincoat that I have ended up placing an additional order for the one in Khaki too!

Already bought a new jacket but was served a FB ad with sale items. Looked at the site and seemed good so I gave them a try. Its just arrived and so glad I did. For the money the quality and the styling are outstanding. Nice to have a really good quality branded hanger to hang it on too. I would have felt happy with the purchase at the non-sale price tbh. Highly recommended.

Chose a coat but was unsure which size most suitable. Sent an email with measurements to ask for advice. Reply from Peter, Web Manager, giving opinion and suggesting I could still try two sizes as returns accepted provided conditions met. I ordered two sizes, the suggested size was just right. Contacted Peter again to return the second coat (unopened). A return label was provided and coat sent via courier. Allowed several days for refund before contacting again. Peter checked the return status and ensured refund issued promptly. The communication, reassurance and prompt response was above and beyond many other experiences. Much appreciated.

I bought two pieces, a long navy all weather coat and a suede zipper jacket, and I am super impressed with their quality, fit and durability as I wear them everyday inside out! They're honestly the best jackets I've owned and I heartily recommend them to anyone in need of an all weather stylish jacket fix

Perhaps not the cheapest coats on the market but surely among the very best. Superb quality - the cold weather has just really kicked in and my new coat from Guards is more than up to it. Warm, windproof and rainproof. Highly recommended 👌

I purchased a coat which unfortunately had a flaw which was not the companies fault, the customer service to replace the coat was excellent and the staff even answered emails on a Sunday.
I cannot fault the quality or service I received and would highly recommend Guards London to family and friends.

There is no customer service!! They take your money quickly but if there is a problem they give themselves 48 hours to respond. I wouldn’t buy from them in a hurry.

I bought what looked to be a well made navy coat as a Christmas present - and it turned out to be absolutely fantastic. Excellent fit, beautifully made and very grateful and happy recipient.

Excellent quality coat with great functionality and beautiful attention to detail. Bought as a gift for my husband and he has received numerous compliments. I messaged the company to see if it was possible to get any spare buttons and received a reply within the hour and new buttons sent out - all on a Sunday so excellent customer service to boot! I would definitely purchase again.

great product just found the cut a slight to tight under the arms for my size and the next size up was to big , but very helpful !

Really excellent quality raincoat that matched the photograph on line and the sizing was correct. The service was excellent and the delivery and packaging was excellent too. I will buy again.
