A week since I placed an order & still not despatched despite promising it would be, should have read the reviews beforehand because this seems to be a consistent theme. Never again!
A very good shopping and returns experience
I have bought from GS Equestrian a few times, each time delivery was prompt and the quality of product first class, good prices as well compared to other websites. One time I had to return a pair of boots, got a refund quickly and with no issues. Can recommend based on my experience.

The company positions itself (on their website) as easy return/ refunds policy and great customer satisfaction. It is a lie. First of all you cannot leave a review on their website and according to Trust Pilot they only have 2 stars not 4 like they show on their website. Their review links to google were not working when I checked.
We've ordered a horse rug for £67 which came in the wrong size. We then contacted their customer service and agreed to return the item (which they must do under CRA 2015), they agreed and confirmed the shipment address. We paid for the return delivery and sent it to them. The item was received in the original condition, undamaged and with original packaging. The company then sent an email stating that they refuse to refund and can post the item back only if we pay additional delivery costs to their bank account before receiving an item. This is an absolute fraud! Any company should be able to process a full refund of a reusable item requested within the allowable timeframe as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Furthermore, the business should make every attempt to resolve the matter and not just simply send a 3 sentence long refusal email.
Do not deal with them. Very difficult to refund and return anything. Buying from them is a risk - no refunds, returns, and you can't check the product quality before buying!
Wrong items sent
Wrong items sent. Looks like they are clearing old stock in unpopular colours rather than sending out what was ordered. No easy way to contact them on website. No phone number, online chat not working. Online returns form means that the buyer pays for postage both ways for rubbish which isn't legal when the items are nothing like what was ordered.

Do not buy from this company. Goods were incorrect sizes by a mile, and when returned they refused to refund my money. Now I am nearly £100 out of pocket for no good’s whatsoever. Utterly appalling.

Do not buy from these, they do not honor the warranty of faulty boots, bought some muck boots at 127.00 they have spilt although still well in warranty, refused to help, customer service is an absolute joke.

For how cheap it all is, it's very good. I'm happy with all my tack. With shipping you have to be patient. This site is good for equestrians on a budget. For all of it's faults it provides all horsey stuff with a price no one can complain about.
Good still not shipped!!
Placed an order 5 days ago, still not been shipped.
Chased daily to be told each day 'will be shipped today' then customer services closes at 4pm so you cant chase until the next day.
Not holding out hope that these will actually be shipped. I have contacted to cancel as im sick of being fobbed off.
Save your self the hassyle of chasing and chasing and order elsewhere.

Faulty riding boots
Faulty riding boots - zip broke after wearing 4x. Took over a week for replacement to be received after they viewed photos to make a decision as to whether or not they’d replace them! Obviously not heard of sale of goods act! Replacement arrived, bent zipper and chipped paintwork. Photos sent again, gs now want them back to inspect before deciding if going to replace. Requested refund after extremely poor customer service. Avoid at all cost and save yourself the stress!
Unorganised, highly not recommended
Took them ages to ship out the order. I’m talking over 5 days. Next thing an item I bought dropped in price over £15 so I asked if I could have an adjustment to the price I paid or cancel my order. When they saw this they raised the price of the item back up and denied it was on sale. Couldn’t be bothered with the hassle so just kept my order. Third of all there’s a picture the parcel was left infront of my house when I came home a few hours later it was not in front of my house and apparently I have to wait 30 days for them to decide what to do, so now I’m £100 down and without the boots I needed for the weekend, will now have to drive to a shop which is nearly an hour away. Will not be recommending or returning here again.
Bought £206 Liveryman Clippers
Bought £206 Liveryman Clippers. When they arrived motor was squealing and blades not moving. Took blades off and put back on properly. Still not clipping. Have been sent back three times now. I provided proof of fault and asked for a refund or exchange. They have lied about problem blaming me for my maintenance issue. So I am left with having to buy a new pair for myself but not from them.
Abysmal service
Bought item on 25/3. Order confirmed straight away and payment taken. Much chasing followed as no despatch date ever given. Kept being told it would be soon. Company eventually cancelled my order on 9/4. They said it was at my request which was not true! I have been left high and dry and would not deal with them again. Very disappointing.

Bought rugs in October 2023 still not arrived ! Royal Mail sent some shoddy pictures saying delivered but nothing arrived! Sent a few emails with a very poor response. I would definitely avoid at all costs I’m over £600 down
Placed an order 6 weeks ago and still…
Placed an order 6 weeks ago and still received nothing, again like previous reviews they told me Royal Mail have lost it then told it can take up to 30 days to sort out the issue and told then they would refund my money. Have heard nothing. Buyer beware! I smell a rat!
Awful returns process
Items delivered quickly. 1 item arrived to me faulty and being messed around trying to get a full refund. Would not recommend painful refund process for an item that was clearly sent faulty. Would not order again would rather pay more for an item and give business elsewhere with good customer service.
If I could give this company zero stars…
If I could give this company zero stars I would. I placed an order before Christmas, for items that were supposedly in stock and would be with me in time for Christmas. Nearly 3 weeks later, there is absolutely no sign of the items. All the company can tell me is that they've had a "technical difficulty" and they're "investigating" what has happened to my order. They've tried to push the blame on to Royal Mail, but when I check the tracking number on the RM website, RM say they're still waiting for the parcel. Interestingly, every time I contact GS Equestrian, the despatch information seems to update at their end, but not at RM's end. I also made a comment about this poor service on GS Equestrian's Instagram page and that was deleted... so clearly this company has something to hide. My advice: look and spend your money elsewhere because this company behaves very badly and doesn't rectify any issues quickly at all, despite holding on to your money. It's disgraceful, and is blatant theft, and it seems there are others who have had the same experience. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
