I started ordering from GrowJoy this year (Spring, Summer and Fall seasons) and have been totally happy with the packaging (best in the industry as far as I'm concerned!), shipment time and quality of plants received. I only had one shipment there was a problem with, but it was the delivery drivers fault and not yours. I'm looking forward to seeing all the improvements you've made and next years growing season. Wide Variety & Large Blooming Flowers
I've purchased from several different nurseries online throughout the season and I am very impressed with the plants sold by Grow Joy. They continually ship plants that are much larger than most places and in excellent shape! Customer service is very prompt, professional, and courteous.🌿
Additionally, I have spent a lot of time looking for plants online that you can't find in the stores and have found that Grow Joy cares the largest variety of plants. Plants always arrive quickly and very carefully pai. Flowers arrive in beautiful shape and usually blooming which is often not the case when purchasing online vendors. Even the plants I purchased in the fall had blooms when most companies have already cut theirs down.
I highly recommend shopping this company!

I sincerely apologize for the frustration you've experienced regarding your plant delivery. Let me clarify the situation and explain how we're addressing it. Your order was placed after last week's shipping was completed and was scheduled for this week's shipment. The order did ship as scheduled; however, we understand you decided to cancel after it had entered the shipping process. We've contacted our delivery service to request the return of the plants. If they're unable to intercept the package, please refuse delivery when it arrives. Your order has been fully refunded as requested. Regarding our customer support, we process tickets every weekday. However, our support staff doesn't work on weekends, which may have caused a delay in our response. Our standard support hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 3 PM.
To ensure this issue is fully resolved, we will follow up with you early next week to confirm the status of the return and refund.
Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. We value your business and appreciate your understanding.

From 8-inches to several feet in one month.
I was delivered 2 roughly 8-inch cucumber stalks on June 20th. I immediately planted them and now have 3 large stalks (6 ft., 5 ft. & 4 ft.) plus a few smaller ones growing horizontally across the ground. Close to 2 dozen flowers with several small cucumbers already growing. Totally great experience.

Prompt replacement of damaged shipment
My order from GrowJoy was delayed for about 10 days in transit by Fedex. It was not Growjoy's fault. When it arrived, the plants were not healthy, and Growjoy immediately shipped me out replacements. I really appreciated their prompt response to the problem. I have been buying from Growjoy for many many years and have always rec'd the finest plants and varieties I can't get anywhere else. Thanks again for great customer service.

Eastern Blue Ice Amsonia - beautiful
Bought Eastern Blue Ice Amsonia bush in 2020, bloomed every year with tiny blue star flowers. Plants ship healthy and packed carefully. This is a caring nursery with caring staff.

Very Impressed with this company as their prices are very reasonable. I have ordered many plants that have been delivered, but never with such quality as this order. The plant was package in a unique box that stood the plant up keeping it from getting damaged during shipment. This company will be my top choice for searching for any plants that I may need.

I love getting plants from Grow Joy. My plants are always packed nicely without harm, they look really good when they arrive (packaging is key). I also like the fact that shipping is handled quickly. With packaging and shipping you can't go wrong => you will only get healthy plants.

High/hidden shipping charges, Low initial customer service
Updated review.
Site did not display high shipping cost until after charge. Sent 4 emails cancelling order but they were not processed.
After I negatively reviewed them here and other sites, customer service contacted me, and after I requested it, agreed to refund shipping.
The plant arrived fresh and healthy.

I have been a customer with Grow Joy since Covid. The first year was great. The company had some issues the following year, and there were times I was not happy with them. However, I believe in chances and used them sparingly. This year I, this company was EXCELLENT! I ordered frequently this summer, and all my plants came in healthy and crisp. Healthy, beautiful plants
I purchased several plants from Grow Joy this Spring, and Summer, and am very satisfied with my purchases. The beautiful plants are healthy, thriving in the hot, humid Summer in Florida. Grow Joy has a wonderful selection to choose from, their website is easy to use, and this company stands by their plants. Others do not. The prices are comparable, if not better, then other online garden centers. The orders are on time, and the plants very well packaged. This is the only shop I will use.

You really need to improve!!
You really need to improve!! I ordered four of your sunflowers of which three were completely wilted and nicked upon arrival. My gardener planted all three of them immediately, I watered them conscientiously. Only one of them survived. I suspect they were already half dead when you sent them off. I asked for a refund, but you do not give that. You only offer customer credit or a replacement. I informed you after the plants arrived, but never heard back from you. You have a system that does not allow for human contact.
