Horrible experience
Because of misinformation with the driver missed a bus and then instead of putting me back on a bus they charged me $130 to get a connecting bus just to get back on my itinerary and then on the second leg of my trip the bus breaks down was told that it would be there for at least 6 hours I had to go to the hospital for some medical treatment I got back 3 hours later and the bus was gone then I was stuck in Mount Shasta all night until 2:00 the next day and 30° weather on top of that they lost my baggage and went up to Seattle your customer service are absolutely horrible and helping with any kind of situation absolutely a horrible experience

This was my first time taking the greyhound/flixbus. I was nervous, but I felt safe 100%. Everyone was friendly and minded their own business, bus drivers were kind. I made sure to bring snacks, a jacket and my headphones. Make sure to bring those too!

I rated the driver and the cleanliness of his bus with five stars. Joe, the driver, is exceptional, demonstrating a high level of care for all passengers. He is consistently polite and friendly. However, the station's cleaning crew could improve the cleanliness of both the restrooms and the interior of the facility. Additionally, the station would benefit from some upgrades. Overall, the punctuality of the service is commendable.

If I could give zero stars I would. My Luggage was taken from the bus. A brand new suitcase and all the clothes I owned. Greyhound should insure that the Luggage taken off the bus really is that person's Luggage.
Then when report the issue of lost luggage it is blamed on me for loosing and no compensation at all. How did I loose it when it was stolen?
Beware if traveling. This could happen to you and you are left with nothing.
Poor customer service. No one wants to speak to you. Only advise file an online form which nothing is done with it.

The nightmare of greyhound
For one...bedbugs on bases. GANG stalkers harass and stalk customers. Filthy seats.drug use...thieves. nothing but the most degenerate people travel on their buses. I see many lawsuits coming. I will never use greyhound EVER again!
