Grenade Anmeldelser

I was home when the courier says they attended. No attempt was made to press my intercom to allow me to take the delivery. I was then offered the chance to have it delivered to a collection point. I agreed and was told I would be notified when this had happened. I’ve heard nothing since! Service is normally good but this is hopeless! Having since spoken to the company I have been given a complementary case of product which is a kind gesture. But even more doubts about their courier DPD saying they had been to my property as I learnt today that they returned the package to grenade as damaged, thus proving the disingenuity of the driver trying to suggest I was not answering the delivery! How could I accept a delivery if the product was not deliverable? These online tick boxes and 3rd party delivery companies do as they want, when they want but it reflects badly on the company. They are rescheduling my delivery....no doubt with DPD and their fairytale stories again.

Great flavour BCAA and protein bars
Loving it

I’ve been a fan of your White Chocolate Cookie Protein Bars for a long time, which is why I wanted to share some honest feedback. Since the recent recipe update, I genuinely think the taste has become so much worse
To
The point that it’s like chewing on cardboard. The new version has an artificial aftertaste and just isn’t as enjoyable as the original.

One of the things I loved most about the previous version was that it had 23g of protein for just 211 calories. It struck the perfect balance between taste, texture and nutrition. The new version is now 215 calories, and has 20g of protein, in my opinion it’s a significant step backwards.

After comparing the ingredients, it’s clear the recipe has changed substantially. The new bar uses a different protein blend (whey isolate and concentrate instead of milk protein), replaces the original soy and sunflower oils with rapeseed oil, swaps cream powder for skimmed milk powder, removes several ingredients from the original recipe and changes the overall dairy profile. While these changes may have helped manufacturing or reduced costs, they’ve completely changed the flavour and texture of what was my favourite protein bar.

The original White Chocolate Cookie bar was genuinely the best protein bar on the market in my opinion. I used to recommend it to friends and buy it regularly, but unfortunately I will never be buying the new version ever again unless they change it back because I simply don’t enjoy the taste.

I really hope they’ll take this feedback on board and consider bringing back the original recipe. I know I’m not the only customer who preferred it.
In Fact I would say every single
Customer would prefer the old recipe taste if they had the chance to try it before grenade changed a good thing into a complete disaster.

Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback.

The order came very quickly and the quality of the products did not disappoint. These are definitely the tastiest protein bars around!

Really quick delivery, easy ordering.
