Get increasingly frustrated with lack…
Get increasingly frustrated with lack of availability of flavours and certain favourite flavours of mine not available in the four box offer. Also very hard to use points, as anything on offer seems to mean you can’t redeem your points money off vouchers. Been a loyal customer for a long time, but testing my patience somewhat. My orders subsequently much smaller due to lack of availability and therefore charging me delivery, so my £5.00 worth of points saving has been eaten up with delivery cost. Finally bring back creme egg flavour, a firm favourite in our household.

Thank you for taking the time to share this and for being such a loyal customer, we really do appreciate it. We're sorry to hear you've been frustrated with the availability of flavours and the difficulty using your points. Just to explain, due to HFSS (High Fat, Sugar and Salt) government regulations, we're unfortunately restricted on the volume promotions and bundle offers we can run on certain products, which does limit what we're able to include in offers like the four box deal. It's not something we have control over, but we're always doing our best to work within these rules to give our customers the best value possible. We hear you on the Creme Egg flavour too, it was a popular one! We're always reviewing our range, so please do keep an eye out for updates. If there's anything we can help with in the meantime, please don't hesitate to get in touch. 🙏

Five boxes, now that's stocking up! 🙌 Glad you grabbed them while they were on offer. We're sorry you could only use £5 of your points this time. Points redemption can depend on the order and any offers applied, but we're always looking at ways to improve the rewards experience. Thanks for the review and enjoy all those bars! 💪

Awful
These used to be my all time go to protein shakes. After a year or so not having them having switched to a different brand, I started purchasing them again and oh my gosh they're awful now. The taste is bland regardless of the flavour (they used to be so thick and full of flavour!) and every pre-made bottle I've bought, has been full of lumps too. So off putting and just poor in comparison to what they were.

Thank you for the review and glad to hear the delivery was nice and quick! Just to let you know, the free gift is actually something that needs to be selected in your basket at checkout as there's a choice of options available, so it isn't added automatically. Not to worry though, I've sent you an email with the selection for you to pick from. If you can get back to me with your choice, I'll get it sorted and sent out to you as soon as possible! 😊

Product great, delivery 👎
Product always on point and this is likely down to the courier service but my order took nearly a week to get to me. That’s been the only let down this time. Once again great product, I love the white chocolate protein bar.

Poor courier service
I have not received my package yet despite ordering them on the 3 September. The courier has not delivered them and it’s always the same with courier. There are delays with everything I have ever had sent via them. Yet the courier is in my village everyday
