The problem was with the courier, normally I receive a qr code to collect the parcel only this wasn’t provided, instead the guidance was to use their app to request a qr code resend however navigating the website was difficult and hard to understand

We're sorry to hear you had trouble with the collection process. Unfortunately the QR code and app side of things is managed by the courier, so it's frustrating when that doesn't work as smoothly as it should. We appreciate you letting us know and we'll pass this feedback on. If you ever have any issues with a delivery, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly and we'll do our best to help get it sorted. 🙏
