I wish I could give zero stars! I bought a golf glove from them and it started falling apart on the very first hole I played. They emailed for a review and I told them what happened and sent pictures. They ignored me after that. I have them several times with no response! Horrible customer relations. You would think that their reputation is worth more than a $15 glove!

Superior fit, durability, and style. Greg Norman golf shirts are my top choice and a reliable gift standard for my family. Unmatched quality in the market. Highly recommend.

I don't golf...but man, do I love Greg Norman clothes. For travel it's the best. Shirts and pants come out of suitcases with ZERO wrinkles, look sharp and feel great. They are stylish, and comfortable.

I visited You're store in Potomac Mills,Va. The sales staff where great. But in June in Virginia you need working A/C!!

Products are fantastic and comfortable, shipping is fairly quick, and customer service has been spot on

We were at the outlet near Destin and loved everything. Bought my husband a new hat and a new polo. Absolutely love the products. Such good quality and look great. The hats are a staple in his wardrobe since he had skin cancer on his ear and needs the brim for protection. Very stylish too. Makes shopping for him so easy when I can get things from Greg Norman.

Great customer service the young thin black man was very friendly and would say yes sir or yes maam to us and others in the store. Cameron that checked up out was very good too. Good sales today and very nice selection for men and women.

My various purchases for pullovers have been five star. I really like the texture of two waterproof jackets, plus GN polyester pullovers I've had for several year still look great.

While I love the Greg Norman brands, the single most reason to shop at the Sawgrass Mall Greg Norman store is the customer service. In particular Roselie is one of the best salesperson that help me during my shopping visit. Her personality and knowledge of your products and experience is truly a credit to your organization. Being in the retail industry for over 20 years since retired, I would have loved to had her working for me. She truly reflects the definition of "Customer service"

The zips on these wind jackets just jam and are useless.

The styles of the clothes are great. The quality of the clothes varies from good quality to poor, where the shirts easily snag and rip.

The reason for the one star is their abysmal customer service. They do not answer their phone nor return a call when you leave a message.

I'm very disappointed in this product. I had bought two long sleeve mock turtlenecks last year and like them. I decided to buy another of the same sort but in a different color. What I received was of greatly inferior quality compared to the other two. The shirt was thinner. The sizing was definitely different, and the collar folded up and rolled up to where it didn't stay crisp ever. I wore it, washed it and wondered if perhaps I was misremembering. I wasn't. Then I attempted to return it, but the company requires the original packaging with tags still on in order to get a refund. Since I have lost confidence in the quality, I don't want an exchange. But I don't have the original packaging and I took the tags off. So I will have to eat this purchase and not get a return. That will ensure that I won't order from this Greg Norman shark vendor again. Very disappointing but a learning experience. I won't be ordering from this company again.

I bought a pair of Isa Tour golf shoes about a year ago.After about six months with not a lot of wear the leather around three eyelets split. Very poor grade leather. A couple of months later they let in water. This week , whilst cleaning them I noticed the upper had come away from the sole. I alternate several pairs of golf shoes so they have not had excessive wear. Into the bin they went.

Customer service is nonexistent. Better make absolutely sure of what you order from this outfit because they do not respond to email or messages left on their so-called "contact us" form on their website. I won't buy from this company again.

I ordered four of the straw hats one black, two white and one brown. I was satisfied with the black and white hats but the brown hat had the consistency of a bucket hat it would not hold its shape. I returned the hat asking for a refund or exchange and I received a partial refund. I have reached out to the Greg Norman company three times by email and twice by phone, without one response. I could not be more disappointed in the customer service of this company all I wanted was my money back or an exchange of the hat I got neither. From now on I will do everything in my power to discourage any friends and family from ever doing business with this company again. I know the company will not go broke without my business but if I can beat them out of one sale to I will feel better. They had no concerned for my issues so I will have no concern for them. So if you’re thinking of buying something from the Greg Norman collection don’t waste your money there are a lot of other companies that will appreciate your business and treat you as a customer should be treated.

Can't reach customer service. It doesn't exist. Ordered 6 shirts, all but one did not fit properly. Tried to reach customer service address the issue, but no phone number. Only an address to return/exchange items and buyer has to pay for the return shipping. Very poor customer service. will not shop here again.

This was the first time I have ever been into your Ellenton store! To my surprise I was greeted by a gentleman named Ronnie with a huge smile! His main concern was me finding items that I was in need of. Took a few minutes of his valuable time to come over and have a conversation as I waited for a fitting room. This is something you do not see in today’s world! Congratulations!
