I purchased the CBD muscle and joint roll on expecting some relief. There was none. In addition, the roll-on was very leaky and stained many of my shorts. I guess the stain is the thing that bothers me the most.

Ordered three bottles of CBD on black Friday deal. On Tuesday of the following week was sent an email saying my order had been canceled. Called customer service and was told that I had failed to respond to voice mail and email about my order to confirm. I was never called nor sent email to confirm only email was order had been canceled. They processed my visa and charged me for my order have yet to refund my account. I have contacted my visa card company and contested the charge. Poor customer service and told lies about trying to contact me

I have been using Greenroads CBD soft gels for a couple years and use their subscribe and save program. It is an amazing product that calms me when I am feeling anxious, stressed or have that knot in my gut. I often have to present in front of large groups in my job and these calm me. I’ve never had a problem with this company. They had a supply chain issue a few months and stopped delivery and billing for a few months. I was notified and customer support has been very good. I have also successfully delayed delivery in my subscription using their website when I wanted to lengthen time between product deliveries. I am happy with this company.

After driving with this system for 18 months the best I can say about Greenroad is pathetic. It's inaccuracies, inconsistencies between vehicles and the way it constantly loses its way as to where the vehicle is on the road is just appalling. Operators who op for this system are clearly just lazy in their approach to training and monitoring of their driver's. The system is just too cheap and nasty to give an accurate appraisal of a driver's approach to driving. Having used far more advanced systems such as Verizon I can only suggest that you spend the extra if you want results.

When I first used the service it was terrific. After they updated the site, the service has been awful. For example, I placed an order and after 8 days no change in status, "awaiting to be fulfulled". I called customer service and they inform me the item was out of stock when I ordered it and they were going to fulfill it another 2 weeks. Really?! No call, no notification? You will just send it when you get it? I requested a refund. Customer service is lackadaisical at best. I placed an order 11/21, they state they were closed for the holiday (makes sense) and the day after. Understand there is no banner, notification or announcement on the site or voice service stating they would be out the rest of the week so any order placed Wed and forward would not be fulfilled until the following week. Funny the customer rep asked "What's the problem"? They have been advertising all week as if your order will be fulfilled immediately. Communication goes a long way.

I tried to give them another chance but today sealed the deal for me. I will not be ordering from them again! Work on your customer service skills. People are paying a lot of money for your products. I work too hard for my money to give it to a company that doesn't have enough respect to address me like you have some common sense.

Several months ago, we ordered two bottles of their muscle and joint pain relief cream. Once the first bottle was used, my wife attempted to open and use the 2nd bottle, only to find that it was either completely empty or the plunger on the bottle was defective. In either case, we had paid for two bottles but only received one that could be used.

She contacted the company and spoke to Ben. He informed her that he’s seen empty or defective bottles being shipped before and that it happens “from time to time”. He said the original product we purchased was no longer available in that size, so he would only offer us a $20 discount on a larger size, or a $20 store credit. Basically, we would have to spend even more money just to receive what we already ordered and paid for. We asked for a refund back to our credit card to cover the cost of the defective bottle but he refused.

Their product might be OK, but their service sucks. Go spend your money with someone that actually cares!

I bought 4 packs of the 50mg frogs from a store selling their products. I ordered off line a few times and it was good. So I bought $100 worth of expired products. Kenny said oh well when I emailed them. Seeing their brand in the store I assumed it would be fine. I set fire to $100 instead.

I have diabetic neuropathy in both feet and my podiatrist was giving me drugs that didn't work. I'm not saying the the CBD cream took away all of my pain but it helped with a good part of it. Now I'm using it above the bandages where my skin formed blisters and it really helps the pain, which is one of the worst pain I've ever had. As long as I keep up with the CBD cream and Tylenol the pain in kind of bearable.

I am in my early 70s and have arthritis. I’ve had 5 orthopedic surgeries so 2new hips,2 new knees and 12 rods plus 6 screws in my back. The surgeries certainly have helped improve movement but I now live with chronic pain. I watched Green Roads on CBS and liked their credibility. I suffer less pain and anxiety plus I sleep well which is unusual for me. I take half a dropper of 550 CBD am and half dropper pm. Another brand did nothing for me....just it was more affordable. I have been on Green Roads over 6 months and am still unsure if I’m taking the right amount or if I need to go higher. The teabags are great but at 7.50 a bag I can’t afford many. The product is pricey so I look for sales and use points made at purchase.
