Greenfuture Energy supplied and fitted a EV charger at my property and the whole process from start to finish was seamless. It wasn't a standard job but it wasn't too much trouble. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with and the job was completed in no time at all from quote to installation.
I would highly recommend them.

Although this was a minor repair on an old piece of equipment the service we received was excellent.
The receptionist was personable and helpful; managing to send out an engineer and apprentice the very next day.
The engineer was thorough and explained the process throughout. It was an old piece of equipment but after some head-scratching they managed to fix the fault.

Greenfuture Energy gave my 12.5 year solar panels a Health Check and gave them a thorough overhaul and gave them a good report with only a small adjustment necessary. Recommend both office staff and other employee's 5 star's for there work.

Recently l have been visited by the Greenfuture team for much needed electrical ( lighting) work, and the service on all levels was exceptionally good.
1) Prompt job schedule.
2)Punctuality.
3)Thoroughness of work carried out.
4) Members of the team open to questions and keen to explain technicalities.
5) Focusing on work without distraction, and kind communication and social skills.
These are just a few of the points l would and will include when recommending the Greenfuture team to friends and colleagues and patients some of whom are vulnerable and living alone. I would certainly not hesitate entrusting keys and security lock numbers etc.
As for the Office staff, l have found that when l have been really stressed when things have malfunctioned they have been quick to ease my concern....l am a Therapist working back to back with people with at time's exceedingly tight schedule, and the assurance of promt visits has been a joy and relief especially when the team have managed to get in and out to let me carry on with my working day.

This company has installed both solar panels and solar thermal for me. From the initial enquiry to completion have been kept fully informed by the engineers. They all were very professional in the fit out and site was kept very clean and tidy. It was a very competitive price. I would not hesitate to to recommend this company,

Greenfuture is a company I use all the time for my own home and rental properties I have. The electricians and plumbers are excellent they keep me informed should any additional work be needed. My tenants have also stated how efficient they are. Prices I feel are very competitive. I would throughly recommend this company.

Air Source Heat Pump installed with the wrong inhibitor. NIBE the manufacturer confirmed that antifreeze should not be used in their systems. Circulating pump eaten away and replaced. Subsequently we had to replace 9 radiator values that had all failed but GFE refused to reimburse us or accept responsibility. Their customer service is appalling, they just ignore you. Avoid them like the plague

We had a comprehensive energy system installed by GreenFuture Energy, including solar panels, a battery system, an Air Source Heat Pump, a new hot water cylinder, and new radiators. From start to finish, the supply and installation process was handled excellently.
We had our annual service carried out last month by Asher, and we couldn’t be more impressed. He arrived exactly on time and completed the manufacturer’s required service to an exceptionally high standard. He was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing at each stage, which we really appreciated.
It is reassuring to find a company that maintains such high standards of maintenance long after the initial installation. We would be more than happy to recommend Greenfuture and will certainly be using them again when we are ready to install our electric vehicle charger.

Had my water softener replaced, couldn't be more happy. Green future representative arrived on time, work was carried out to a hig standard, was very clean and tidy, took my old softener away. Completely happy with the service and would recommend. Thank you so much.

I also had a great experience with Green Future Energy. We had our old oil-fired central heating system replaced with a new air source heat pump and new radiators. And GFE also suppied and installed an array of PVs and batteries.

The installation work was faultless. GFE arrived when they said they would, they were knowledgeable and friendly, and everything was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. Nothing was too much trouble for them - radiators were hung where we wanted them even when it was a hassle for them to change the piping around - they could not have been more flexible and helfpul. In every little thing they seemed to go above and beyond what we expected. They were extremely professional.

My heating and electricity bills have plummeted and I could not be more happy with the performance of the new system. Post-installation care has also been excellent. They have been back a couple of times to upgrade firmware and apply the latest software patches, and any time I have had a problem or question they have been available to help.

It's rare these days to get really top notch service. Go with GFE if you possibly can - I can't recommend them highly enough.
