The right part at the right price
The right part at the right price and delivered in good time meant that my home cordless landline phone system is working properly again. As land lines are soon to be a thing of the past, replacing the system would not have been viable.

Where is it?
Email from company that parcel on its way. Then email from Royal Mail saying that it will be delivered 12.1.26. Then another email saying it is further delayed followed by another email saying it will be delivered 12.1.26(again). Now 15.1.26 and still not delivered and no indication when. Unable to talk to a real person at Royal Mail. AI.Chat says will be delivered 12.1.26! Where is my parcel?

Spotless, brand new phones which work perfectly. Quite easy to use with volume controls and answer machine. Delivery very accurate and fairly speedy. Excellent price, excellent phones with excellent delivery. What more can I ask for?
