We recently used Grays to move from our flat to a house. Tricia in the office was incredibly helpful throughout the whole lead up to the move and the team that helped with the packing and the actual day of the move were excellent. They were friendly and helpful and did a great job in moving all our furniture and belongings. We would definitely recommend them!

I’ve used Grays for a few home removals including their storage facilities and I couldn’t rate them highly enough! They’re super careful with your possessions, they packed up my pendant lights where I’d forgotten them and took some of the stress out from what is a super stressful situation. Robert and the teams were really helpful and super friendly. Tricia, also was lovely and very accommodating. I’d highly recommend them as they’re an excellent company!

Robert and the team were super helpful, friendly and diligent in their work. Nothing was missed and nothing was too much trouble. They took the stress out of things and I never felt rushed which is so important when moving. Would certainly use again and recommend to all!

Moving house is a big deal and they really put us at ease. They were also really patient when it took ages to get the keys. They were recommended to us by friends and we will be recommending them on to our old neighbours who are moving soon. We can’t recommend them highly enough.

We researched a lot of removal companies and are so glad we went with Grays Storage & Removals Ltd. We had an on-site visit from Robert who provided us with a detailed quote based on our needs. We dealt with Tricia at the main office who was courteous, helpful and always available to take calls and answer our questions. On the day Robert (son) and his team packed up our belongings and moved everything to our new property with not a single hiccup. We didn’t have to worry about anything as we were kept updated throughout the day. All of our belongings arrived in good order - nothing was damaged and the team were incredibly efficient and reliable. They reassembled all of our furniture and baby cot so quickly and all of our boxes were labelled and put into the relevant rooms which made unpacking a whole lot easier! The cost of going with Grays was slightly more expensive but they follow through with a premium service.

We used the packing and removals service and it was fantastic. The two men who came to pack up our flat were efficient, respectful, and did a much better job than we would have done – and they even labelled all our boxes with care so it would be easier for us to unpack at the other end. On moving day they made quick work of the furniture that needed dissembling and packed everything into the van really quickly with minimal disruption to our downstairs neighbours. At our new house they took great care to make sure that everything was where we wanted it and that all the furniture was reassembled before they left. They even made sure to bring in the sofa and cushions first so we had somewhere to sit while they unloaded. Brilliant service, would highly recommend.

Grays have moved us several times both within East London and out to the countryside north of London, packing on two of those occasions, and with items also going into their warehouse storage facilities (once for a few days and once for 6 months).

They have done a terrific job on all occasions - items very carefully and quickly packed, furniture dismantled as necessary, and all items delivered with care, including a piano... We were able to access items in storage as well which was very helpful.

All round great job from Robert and the team - would thoroughly recommend.

Brilliant service and guys. We had Rob, Mike and Paul come to our flat, they are brilliant people who work efficiently and professionally. I couldn’t believe how fast they packed everything up and how reasonable the quote was. 10/10 would use again and recommend to anyone.

Grays recently moved us (and an awful lot of stuff) from London to Leeds. I cannot fault the service they provided, from the point of getting a quote to the end of the move. Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. We paid more to have the team pack our stuff for us, and we were amazed at the speed and efficiency with which they did this. Everything arrived in Leeds in one piece, and it was a supremely stress-free experience thanks to Robert and the team. I'd have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Grays; it wasn't the cheapest quote we got, but it was definitely worth paying a tiny bit more for fantastic service and peace of mind. Worth every penny.

I have just used this company for the second time. I have moved many times before but this is the first company I genuinely cannot fault. Their quotes are very fair, their employees are polite, efficient and approachable. Best of all there are no breakages when you unpack and nothing is missing!! My latest move was hell on earth for them due to the building I moved into. They were amazing and did not fail me even though the job took them well beyond the scheduled time.

Wouldn’t use anyone else! Friendly, efficient, competitive pricing, service is second to none. They were bang on time, didn’t damage anything, used protective covering and were sensitive to my elderly mothers needs and requests. If you want quality service and job done properly use this company!

The team from Grays Storage and Removals made, what is normally a very stressful time (House move), so much more manageable. The team was well organised, very helpful and friendly throughout. The service prior to the move and following the move was also excellent. A great family business. I would highly recommend.
