Grange Barnet - My experience had been terrible, the person who wrote the comment before mine, is spot on, and by the way the leaking roof issue you had I had with my car after the 1st year of driving it, its a fault with the car nothing to do with the damage caused to your car, so its even. more shocking to read your experience.
There is no after sales care for the customer and given the car is nearly impossible to insure in London and has recalls and problems by there own admission , it's shocking that they have nothing in place to placate the client.
I to thought very carefully about writing a review, after 3 years of problems I felt others need to know what a stressful experience this is , most people spending this kind of money on a car, don't expect this shocking service.
terrible experience. if they put my situation right, I'm be only to happy to return back to this page and report back. doubt it though.
It almost feels that the staff are abusing there position of power, because my experience is that the customer is never right , it's is beyond inflammatory and no one can be expected to be reasonable with there solutions to your problems with a car that essentially , shouldn't have any problems under 20k miles.
And be warned when you car does need parts, the estimate for delivery on my parts was 3 days, its now been 3 months. My parts are apparently in the UK, waiting to be despatched , so I can't go anyone else to have them made up , and STILL they cannot confirm when they will be in.
So I am paying for car insurance, car tax, the lease on it and I have nothing to drive , I have been refused courtesy car as I always have been even when the car was being repaired under warrantee , so I have the cost of my car and the cost of secondary transport, so the financial stress on top of not being sure my car is in safe hands, its just to much.
