Cheap wheels, terrible design, and greedy no-return policy
I purchased these wheels, and upon arrival and installation, realized that (1) they do not fit through a standard doorframe with the wheels installed, meaning that you would have to uninstall the wheels EVERY time you try to move them through a hotel room or hallway, and (2) they are REALLY heavy - way heavier than regular wheels - to move through regular concrete roads. And do not actually ease your effort very much on sand either.
Upon realizing this, I immediately put my wheels back to return them. But when I tried to uninstall them, the crappy plastic on the lid broke off.
I messaged Veer to return the wheels within 2 days of receiving them, and they told me that I could no longer return them. They effectively have a NO RETURN policy on the wheels if there is any evidence of wear on the wheels (and they scratch VERY easily - even through a test run in my home)
Veer demonstrated their terrible customer service through this experience. When I went to leave a review on the website, I realized that they screen the reviews they post - that explains why there are only 11 reviews on the official Veer website - those are the only customers they could find who “love” the beach wheels.
I was a loyal Veer customer before this - having bought almost all the accessories and referred the wagon to many of my friends. I will never buy another item from this company again. Consumers have way too many options for great wagons to choose from than to purchase such expensive wheels made from cheap plastic from a greedy company with such distasteful return policy and customer service
