Excellent service
Excellent service. Harry Catlin has been really helpful and responsive throughout the booking process, and the whole process has been straightforward and professional. The payment and booking process was quick and easy, and I'm looking forward to having the survey completed. Would definitely recommend GOTO Surveys based on my experience so far.

He took the time to clearly explain what a building survey involves, what to expect, and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. His advice was professional, reassuring, and made the whole process much less daunting. I would happily recommend his services.

Jordan completed the survey, which was in depth. Following this, took a great deal of time to explain the survey on the phone and answered any questions I had. Would really recommend.

Good experience all round
Organising the survey was really easy, Rebecca at GoTo called us and was super friendly and organised. The surveyor Patrick Tovey was also great - called just after the survey with a quick summary, sent the report very quick and called again to go through it. Super friendly, helpful and good at explaining things to us.

Home Survey
I booked my survey with Joe and from start to finish he was a massive help and never pushed for anything other than what I needed. The company weren’t pushy with calls or emails just let me book things at my own pace and was on hand for any questions or issues I had. Would definitely recommend them for anyone needing a survey!
