I never received an email to let me…
I never received an email to let me know I could go and collect my parcel from the store, even though I’d had confirmation from the delivery company it had arrived at the store, I had to email customer service and they sorted it out

I needed boots desperately.
Having bought some boots from the chester store back in Jan and have had nothing but fittment issues since. I went into Shrewsbury today and saw John. He couldn’t have been more helpful. Great advise and knowledge of boots, and sizing for all brands. He gave me a couple of options to try on and we settled on a pair of Mammut’s which seemed to fit perfectly in the shop.
The lads on the till’s were also very friendly and helpful. Fantastic service would highly recommend.
