clean, tidy store, friendly staff, good prices. Sadly aload of ghetto youths were running a mock in sotre the time iw as there and police called, hence 4 stars

I visited to buy a tent, the staff were helpful answering all the questions I had about the inflatable air tents.

I chose the one I wished to buy, but it was too heavy for me to carry. The staff carried it to the till, then to my car. All without asking.

The item i went to purchase was out of stock,so we grabbed the nearest employee and what a guy he walked us to the tills and ordered the item for us.

The staff in the store were excellent. Helpful, polite and had a sense of humour. Unfortunately I have yet to receive the walking boots they ordered on line for me. I am a very disappointed customer.

We were looking for kit for our daughters DofE expeditions and Maria & Jenny were excellent in assisting in terms of their knowledge of the products as well as guidance on fit etc.
It helped our daughter enormously and gave her confidence in her purchases.

I placed a order for in store collection.
I never got a text or email to say the items were in store.
I emailed cust services about this provided all the details they requested and I never heard back from them.
I phone the store direct a helpful chap went and checked and confirmed the order was in.
When I went to collect it took 20mins for the in store staff to find my items.

It’s our first time camping with our 2 kiddies soon and we were rather stuck on what the best options were etc for everything. We ended up getting some help from Lee, who was super informative. Really knew his stuff, and was patient with our many questions and comparisons! Very good experience today and will be returning next week to purchase the majority of what we looked at today. Thank you :)

Staff are always helpful i have never had a bad experience with support and knowledge from any of them and usually a good stock of items

Been to the Arnold store twice now, and I gotta say — Kyme, on both occasions, has answered my queries very professionally and been efficient in getting me the products I want. Very impressive from the store, and particularly from him. Highly recommend!!

Easy online shopping. Go Outdoors and DPD delivery company great at emails re delivery to the branch, staff at Nottingham branch super helpful at the collection point. The only gripe I have is that only half of my items were delivered by DPD, The rest were delivered some time afterwards by Royal Mail, unfortunately Royal Mail do not inform the customer of a delivery time or date, it’s the second time this has happened with my orders meaning you have to keep checking with the shop.

was greeted as i walked in to the store. i had already preordered so was a 5 min transaction all staff i delt with were polite and helpful.

Nicole on the till was very helpful and helped me order what I needed. Would be good to have access to more and visible staff on the floor to advise/ help with queries. Good value for money if you are a member.

I took back some sandals that I felt were too small when my feet got warm. Maria who served me gave her full attention, talking me through the various options. She brought me a variety of sandals and sizes for me to try and made sure the fitting was good. I felt she went beyond good customer service which I appreciated.

Francis was extremely helpful. he helped me with a refund and then helped me buy an appropriate and well fitting cycling helmet. i have since used it and it’s very good. it has mips!

Good help and assistance as a customer in a retail environment is increasingly hit and miss Maria was a breathe of fresh air. Nothing was too much trouble and she seemed genuinely interested in finding a solution to my query. A really positive experience. Thank you

Great experience in Nottingham store. Staff always on hand to advise when needed whilst allowing you the freedom to shop. Having made our choices we were served by Maria who was friendly and continued the great service.
