I visited Go outdoors in Norwich looking for winter coat, they had a great selection of different brands I purchased a Berghaus coat which I’m very pleased with, all the staff were helpful & friendly, I just want to give Debz a special mention, she was super helpful and helped me choose the correct size 👍

Visited the store today to find a suitable waterproof coat without much of an idea of what was available.
Lewis was extremely helpful; he listened carefully to my requirements and with his excellent product knowledge helped me to find what I wanted. (He was also very patient as I am notoriously indecisive!)

We found the staff, particularly Debz, extremely helpful and constructive regarding our purchase. Debz assisted us in everyway and took the time to go through everything to do with a Berghaus Jacket.

Made every effort to find a coat for my fussy son…. And succeeded ! He had very particular needs and at the last minute a coat was pulled from the sale which fit the requirements .. excellent work

Both Laura and Paul were exceptionally helpful, as was the other staff member in the men's clothing department but who's name I didn't catch. Went into the shop for a specific fishing tackle item. Didn't have what I wanted but always a bargain to be had with fishing baits!

I would have liked an expected delivery date on my online order...but it turned out the delivery date was after when I needed the product. However the staff in my local store were very helpful, suggested an acceptable alternative that they had in store which I bought, and then managed the original order in a brilliant bit of customer service. Online order 3...local store customer service 5!

I was served by Lewis in the Norwich branch (footwear dept).
He was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about the different brands of walking boots, a pair of which I was looking to purchase.
He was very patient, and didn't try to rush my decision, in order, to ensure my requirements were all fulfilled.
I made my purchase, after about an hour in the store, and was totally confident, I had purchased the right pair for me.

Samuel met all my questions with providing solid advice and this store is my chosen destination for receiving great staff support when enquiring about products, Reliable information is important to me and Samuel is a great ambassador for the store and Go Outdoors.
