Emma and another male sales assistant served me today, I picked up a coat which I’d ordered online, tried on in the shop but too big , they both sorted my return for me so saved me taking it home and then posting off as a return, very helpful with other purchases as well, both very friendly and helpful. Recommend this store , great sale on today too , thanks !

James & Eric were extremely helpfully when I purchased my meindl Bhutan boots . Good knowledge of the product and assisted in selecting them for my walking needs .

I had an amazing experience at the weekend, I was helped about by this guy and girl called Emma and Nathan. Nathan answered all my questions and showed my to the products I thought I wanted and I ended up buying!

The sales associate James was really helpful answering all of my questions. He was extremely patient as I tried on several jackets (multiple times) while making up my mind. He was knowledgeable and pointed out the different features of each jacket which greatly helped make my final decision. After two weeks and few trips outdoors, I can report I’m very happy with my new jacket 👍👍

Fantastic customer service from James, absolute star, he was very polite, excellent knowledge in relation to the clothing garment I purchased. James price matched my jacket and made my experience in the shop a seamless pleasant experience. Will always use this shop as the store assistants/team are a credit to Go outdoors. Emma and Nathan were very helpful, despite the shop being quite busy. Emma swiftly brought the walking boots I'd selected to try on and also provided some socks when I mentioned I'd forgotten to bring my walking socks with me.
We witnessed Nathan dealing very diplomatically with a rude customer and by the time we got to the till, everyone was smiling. Thanks guys. 😁

Great I have mobility issue so need stuck but cause cane u later but left my stick behind thr reversed that there go outdoor next station and with card got the member price which but person who server set it it for which great wouldrecim nd thank you

Really attentive service by Nathan and Emma who were able to answer any questions I had and helped me choose the products I needed.

Only bought two pairs of socks so wasn’t expecting too much.

However, when asked if I had membership I said no but my son did. The shop assistant then said I could use his with just the name and address.

Hadn’t expected this but as a result I saved about 30%.

I went to the store by Central Station in Liverpool, with my daughter in her pram. I needed to get 2 inflatable single beds, I was told they were upstairs and they didn't have a lift? The staff member, Nathan, said he'd go and get them for me. He was so helpful and had such good character, I just thought I'd let you know you have a super member of staff.

Customer service was fantastic new face's running this Go Outdoors store in Liverpool city centre, who's aim was helping customers who are on a budget still find what they need. I saved £99

A good range of outdoor clothing and accessories. Eric was very helpful and knowledgeable when helping me replace my worn out boots.
