Shannon and Robin were super helpful - when you go to a specialist retailer, you want experience and advice. They gave it. Very grateful to Robin for him helping choose the right things and give tips for D of E.

Tiffany was very knowledgeable about tents and very helpful when it came to us choosing that and getting everything we needed for our first camping trip! When there weren’t items on the shelves she went down to the storage and carried them up. At check out we were served by Iris who was really lovely and patient!

Jayden was an excellent assistant going above and beyond the normal service expected to ensure we were able to purchase the items we wanted. Made our trip to Kingston worth while and he deserves recognition for his excellent service.

Great range of products and very helpful staff in the Kingston shop. The member prices are often equivalent to normal prices on line but I’m happy to buy in store at these prices. One item I bought on line - small camping table was rubbish quality so I returned- but I guess you get what you pay for. I bought a slightly more expensive one which is great.

My son is going on a camping trip and as someone who has never been camping myself, I went into GO Outdoors with a list and absolutely no clue what I needed. The staff were incredibly helpful from the moment I asked for assistance. A lady on the shop floor quickly called for help on her walkie-talkie and Michael came to assist me. He was knowledgeable, patient and helped me find everything on my list.
At the checkout, Shannon was also fantastic. She explained the membership pricing options clearly and gave helpful advice so I could make the best choice.
Overall, it was a great shopping experience with friendly, knowledgeable staff who went above and beyond to help. Thank you, GO Outdoors! 😊

I went to buy a few things for a hiking / cycling trip in the Swiss mountains yesterday.
I was very impressed with the service, and learned a lot from Yaz, who helped me with choosing the right clothing and equipment. I was impressed that she was focusing fully on understanding my needs and recommended against most expensive options when other brands offered better quality.
I felt looked after and very well supported in choosing the right things to buy — and learned a lot even after doing a thorough research online.

Great store, well stocked and very friendly helpful staff. Thanks to all especially Tiffany.

No notification received when the order arrived in store. Called customer service person kept saying ‘should be in store’ but had to be pushed to get them to call the store to check. When wanting store had to walk around to find someone to get the order. Then was handed only part of the order and only realised when I checked the bag. Then had to ask them to look again for the missing item. Not good!

Tiffany was a great help when finding shoes for our daughter’s DOE expedition. I was able to get everything I needed in the one place.

The customer care, particularly from Tiffany who was very welcoming. I nearly always find what I need for hiking/camping, and at a very reasonable price. The members offers are great.

The member of staff was absolutely amazing! Unfortunately he didn’t say his name. He was very helpful and made me laugh. I was there were more people like him. The store was clean and they had everything I needed. Very pleased. Thank you

Went in for walking boots and Dale was very helpful and gave advice and suggestions. Dale was also patient while I tried on several pairs! Could have done with another member of staff as it was a weekend and quite busy with others wanting to try on too.

I went in to get my bike break pads checked and Tiffany was really helpful. Shon was on his lunch break but came back especially to help me fix my bike! He was absolutely brilliant and fixed the problem immediately so very big thanks to him and Tiffany for being so helpful and kind! 👍🙏

I went today, to potentially get another paddle board - and came out with an amazing deal, and actually bowled over by the service I got. I give Go Outdoors five stars, but I’d give Ilyas, who served me (hope I’ve spelt that right), more stars if I could. Ilyas was engaging and helpful, took the time to listen to what I needed, explored all avenues, and was even inventive in his approach, as their system was suffering a temp glitch. Must clarify, he was not pushy or overbearing in his approach - I didn’t feel that he just wanted to make a sale - you absolutely realised that this was a problem solver, with as much enthusiasm for getting the right product, as I had. Thank you Kingston.

Great store, great service, we always find everything we’re looking for in this shop.

It took me five minutes to locate a member of staff on the shop floor to find a product for me. Amazingly he and one other member of staff seemed to have taken a vow of silence, I thought I’d gone deaf, zero customer service skills and general apathy on display. Quite unusual behaviour as I’ve shopped at this store before and found them to be friendly and helpful. The man on the checkout was okay though. BTW the QR didn’t scan because the receipt wasn’t printed correctly. 🤨🤨🤨
