Always friendly and super helpful staff!
Today, i arrived at the store to find it closed due to flooding from a burst pipe. I had only wanted to nip in and purchase an inflatable camping pillow. We live 16 miles away so not keen on having to come back tomorrow, I knocked on the door and explained what I needed. After 5 minutes, a member of staff had kindly waded through the flooded ground floor to fetch my pillow! Thank you!

Went to purchase some camping equipment and was helped by Andrea who was so helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and jolly. She gave good advice of equipment i needed and I ended up buying more than I intended. Great service and will definitely be back.

Once in the store, my experience was really good. Angie was exceptionally helpful & made my choice of new walking boots so easy.
However, outside of the store, the potholes in the car park are terrible & need fixing asap

Amy and Charlotte were both very useful when choosing new walking boots.

We went in looking for a few different things: boots, poles and some clothes for hiking. Karen was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient as we tried on five different pairs of boots and answered all of our questions. Thank you very much.

Purchased some walking boots.
The lady that helped us (AMY) was very helpful and informative. Told us pros and cons with boots i tried on.
I didn't want to try loads of boots on because I thought it would be a pain, with her fetching 2 sizes in every boot.
Amy said il get every boot out from stock, so that you have the correct pair.

Amy was very helpful in finding me the right boots. She listened carefully to my needs and the type of walking I would be doing. We discussed properties of each style.
She was very patient with me.

Was served by Andrea when we went into the shop on Tuesday afternoon. We had the kids with us and we were looking for sleeping bags and roll up mats for the kids forthcoming cub camp. Andrea was super helpful. She allowed the kids to try out the sleeping bags they liked most of all and she taught the kids how to inflate and deflate the sleeping mats and how to pack them away after use - all very useful as the kids will have to do this on their own at cub camp. Five star service from Andrea. Our kids are even more excited now for cub camp. Thank you!

Went to go outdoors to buy some clipper blades . Unsure of what size to buy and Amy helped us out with lots of information. We then went on to buy the bigger set .. thanks so much for her help

Who was very helpful and patient with any of the questions and asks I had of him whilst buying a backpack, hiking poles and then hiking shoes. Considering I was there close until closing time, Dave did not make me feel rushed and was a good bloke.

Went to Go Outdoors Kidderminster with my husband as he needed a new pair of shoes was served by Angie on footwear she was friendly and knowledgeable tried a few pairs of shoes but with a bit of advice from angie we found the right pair at a good price Thanks Angie.

Joined go compare and saved £15.10 and it only cost me £5 to join what a Bargain will definitely be shopping there again this year and would like to say Charlotte was amazing at the till she is an asset to the company as she was so pleasant it's nice to see a young smiling face.
