GO Outdoors - Doncaster Anmeldelser

Called in - easy parking - many options on display - Atri was very helpful, price was acceptable and the lady on the till was very swift! All in all great service

Great choice of hiking boots which are affordable

Great service!

Went into this store on Saturday after searching online for a specific item, when we went in we couldn't find it but asked Mick, he said hang on I will find Chris and ask him as it is his department, Chris came and looked at what we wanted and said give me a minute as it is out back somewhere, we had a walk around and bought a few other things, went to checkout and Faye served us, we asked her if Chris has found the item we came in for and she called him on the radio, and yes he had found it, service was excellent by all involved, thank you to all three for your efforts and not just saying no we don't have it and not bother, we will definitely be back again

great staff really helpful for somebody who isn’t expecting in the camping industry

Great choice of things I need, and good prices
Great customer service provided by John

Great friendly and helpful staff. Good selection of sporting and outdoor goods.
Was served by Fay who went above and beyond.

Colin at the Doncaster branch is brilliant. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I was encountering difficulties ordering an item online, which was resolved in store very quickly. Also thx to Paige for her assistance.

Brilliant service from the staff at Go Outdoors Rossington.
Chris the manager gave us excellent advice and nothing we asked was too much trouble.
That’s why we keep going back!

Served by Fay, staff are always polite and friendly and always ready to help answer questions.

I visited the Doncaster store yesterday for some walking boots for several treks I have planned. I was served by Jess, who went through several different options with me to see which would suit me the best. Nothing was too much trouble and recommended a pair of boots which felt fantastic. More impressively, they did very much look after me on price as well. I’ve even included them in a LinkedIn post I was that impressed with the service.

All the staff were really helpful, my son wanted some carp fishing equipment and John assisted with ensuring we had the correct items. We will definitely visit again.

Wow what a great job Andy did on my grandsons bmx. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use this service again thankyou Andy 😊

Visted the Doncaster store today to buy a few bits, ended with a lot more than I can carry. I left a pile of stuff at the till and kept shopping. When I was finished a woman called Leah had put everything in a trolley for me and had already scanned it all to save me waiting. I gave her my discount card and she noticed my blue light card and asked if I had one and told me I could use that to get even more money off. (I didnt realise I could use this in store).
Leah was very helpful and approachable. Thanks for the help 🙂

Helpful and friendly

Served by Paige, great honest advice on equipment, friendly.

Doncaster store has a great lay out, friendly staff and always enjoy shopping there.

Great store, great staff who are knowledgeable about what they’re selling and don’t try and oversell you. Arti was a pleasure and incredibly helpful the entire time. Eat sleeps and breaths customer service.

Did click and collect and had an issue as the charge that went through was the full retail price. However explained this to the staff member and she sorted everything out so we were able to have member price. I wish I had noted her name as she was so helpful.
