Knowledgeable friendly staff
I needed to buy a fully waterproof coat and was given really constructive advice by the gentleman who served me (I didn’t get his name though). He was patient, knowledgeable and put me at ease. Cristina served me at the till and again gave a professional friendly service.

Fab service from Jess.P
Today I went to Go Outdoors at Doncaster knowing I would struggle to find the perfect footwear as I have big issues in what I need and can wear for work. I was served by Jess .P who was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, and couldn’t have done more for me during my hour or so’s worth of deliberating and going backwards and forwards between each pair. Thankyou Jess for today ! X

Replacement Merrell shoes
Went for some replacement Merrell hiking shoes, will only buy Merrell as they have the arch support built in, not a lot to choose from and didn’t have my size in one of the pairs I wanted to try, but did manage to get a pair.
Every one was very pleasant, overall a very good experience.

Picked up a Haven 400 Shelter for a better price than Amazon or any of the other online shops
Very happy with the customer service and the advice of what pegs were best in case of it being windy. Able to see one in erected outside as it’s being used by a local coffee shop.
It’s being used for a cricket event this weekend to provide cover for a children’s soft play area. I think it’s going to be just right.
