Lovely tidy store with friendly staff. The lad on the checkout ‘Will’ was a credit to the store. Changed my address on my go outdoors account and engaged in conversation with my 3 year old grandson. I’ll be back again soon.

We intended to buy an e-bike at a fairly basic price but Kai who was very knowledgeable about the various models persuaded us to spend twice as much! We are very happy with our purchase.
When the bike’s handlebar needed tweaking a little bit, the customer service was quick and efficient (Craig). I would definitely recommend this store.

Xaina was absolutely amazing what a lovely person she was informed and listened to my needs and got me a good pair off boots. She was the only member off staff serving in the shoe department but she managed me and another customer in a professional way . Nice to meet a young person with great customer service and eye contact. I hope she is recognised for her amazing service. Well done lovely 🥰

Really disappointed with the customer service I received. I was looking to buy a pair of walking shoes and simply asked if I could have a particular size. The attitude I received made me feel as though I was asking the staff member to buy the shoes for me!
