They tell you it’s a veteran making windchimes in his garage. They rely on your pity and support for veterans. Turns out it’s a company in china who has yet to fill the order. This thing is a complete scam. It just gives the veterans a bad name as I will no longer donate or buy anything that claims to be connected to veterans. Truly buyer beware

Being a Veteran, why is this still on the web? I bought the wind chime utterly disappointed with cheap, thin metal POS that I recieved nearly 7 was ago! To misuse a Disabled Veteran to sell their POS , and what amazes me… it’s still on the web!

Advertising on YouTube as a severely burned American Veteran named Jordan Maynard making wind chimes out of reclaimed horse shoes. The wind chimes shown are beautiful. Real polished horse shoes inside a steel heart with 3 metal bells on the bottom. Considering he was a disabled American Vet I ordered. What I received 3 weeks later was an aluminum horseshoe inside an aluminum heart. Very obviously made in China. The return address was listed as Linda Linda 13971 Ramona Avenue Chino California 91710. If Jordan Maynard is real and he is a disabled American Vet he’s being scammed also which would be very sad!

I never received my order. I emailed Goopearls and was told to reach out to my USPS for missing package
I reached out to my local USPS to locate a missing package. Goopearls provide me a tracking number that’s is not associated with the USPS and then received a different tracking number which was an Amazon tracking number.
They are not providing the correct tracking numbers and no order was fully processed bc I receive email notifications from all deliveries service to my home. No processing, shipping, out for delivery, or delivered email notifications from USPS.
They did offer me a percentage of my money back. oh no good thing I made payment through PayPal and received my full payment

The delivery took forever and when my “Love & Luck” windchime(s) arrived, they are not as advertised. They stated they are made of reclaimed horseshoes. This is false! They are lightweight made of tin. I like to support veterans but this is a complete come-on! Shameful; I want my money back!

This was the worst experience I have ever had trying to track down something. DO NOT PURCHASE THOSE LIFE LIKE FERNS FROM GOOPEARLS. First it took almost 2 months to get them without being able to chat with someone. It was horrible. Then when I finally received them... I burst out crying.... literally. I spent $103.00 for something I could have purchased at the Dollar Store for $5.00. Now, I'm trying to get my money back. We all know that's not going to happen. I will count this a loss but warn all of you that reads this.... SAVE YOUR MONEY and shop somewhere else. I wouldn't want you to go through what I went through (am still going through)

What a big fat FARSE. If I could give minus “stars”, I would. First of all, the guy claims he is a disabled Veteran, supporting his mother, and that he hand-makes his product (wind chimes). After waiting quite some time, my chimes just left CHINA. I had already called my credit card company to withdraw payment, but decided to wait and see. This outfit never acknowledged my order via email, which was a red flag. The Internet is an evil place, where evil people can lie, cheat and steal. I am slowly realizing that Amazon is pretty much the only online service that is safe anymore. NEVER buy anything online that gives you a deadline for purchase or gives you the impression you need to buy right now, or “miss out”!

I ordered from this company about Six to Eight weeks ago they took $90 from my bank account and I have no legitimate contact information to contact them except for a phony email I’ve sent them numerous times emails and no one ever responded back to me GOOPEARLS is a SCAM they take your money and you never receive any products from them, so if ANYONE PLANS to order from GOOPEARLS website/s DON’T they are THEIVES and SCAM ARTISTS

In every advertisement that I watched for the flowers, the ads showed the customer pulling a hanging basket of flowers from a shipping box. Even the confirmation email showed flowers in a hanging basket. This is truly false advertising, and I can get a bundle of flowers of far better quality for far less than I paid this company. Now I’m fighting to get a refund. DO NOT BUY!!

No stars is what this goopearls gets from me 😡. I Ordered 4 of their so called beautiful pink artificial petunia hanging flower baskets from their ad on YouTube. What a joke!! I could have gotten better ones from Dollar tree. No basket…no hanger…just damaged pink one stem artificial garbage. Reached out several times…sent in the pictures of product & the outside packaging like they requested. NO response!!! Do not order anything from these scam artists!!!

SCAM!!! DON’T BUY! You’ll even have to pay to track order! You WON’T RECEIVE YOUR ORDER!!!!

I don’t actually have personal experience with the company, BUT I read the Return Policy, and THAT’S why I’m here. The return policy sent red flags 🚩 because there were contradicting instructions for a replacement or refund. Please be sure to read the Return Policy PRIOR to completing a purchase so that you don’t end up with a damaged product that costs more to send it back than to throw it in the trash and eat your losses.
